At 7:30am, I received a call from AMP Mechanical that someone would be out between 8am and 2pm that day. The company called when the technician was on his way, and he arrived around 11am. Josh was very professional and courteous, and he had our heater up and running within 30 minutes. I have NEVER had a heating company come out so quickly and be so professional, courteous, and efficient. We will definitely call AMP again!

I paid AMP Mechanical $8,700 out-of-pocket for a full brand-new 2.5-ton HVAC system replacement. From day one, the system failed to cool my house below 80°F and repeatedly shut down. Despite the massive retail investment, AMP Mechanical provided zero follow-up, failed to resolve the issue, and left the job incomplete without proper warranty documentation. It took another HVAC company less than an hour to fix a basic wiring error that AMP Mechanical caused and ignored. Taking $8,700 for a job and leaving critical electrical wiring disconnected is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Save yourself the heat, headache, and money--hire a reputable, independent local HVAC contractor instead of AMP Mechanical.

With 30 minutes, I had an appointment for 9 on Friday with Etchinson. Allan showed up right on time, and within 30 minutes had my heater fixed for $90! He was knowledgeable and educated me as to what went wrong and where it happened, but most importantly he was honest and respectful!! And! My house is warm again!! I contacted the company for an estimate to replace our upstairs unit. A technician came the next…read moreday to look at what we needed, and said he would e-mail an estimate later that day. While looking at what we had, he pointed out to me that there were areas not closed off and heat was being drawn to then unit. After sealing off the areas, I noticed an immediate difference in the cooling of the upstairs area. I e-mailed, thanking them for the estimate, and for the courteous technician that had pointed out a big problem. Turns out that the technician was the owner, Steve Price. I will definitely give him my business when the old unit gives up the ghost. Thanks again
