She helped us to solve a couple of dilemmas even. She was so easy to work with and paid attention to our home-specific concerns. She showed up to review everything on the first day of install and came by after they were done to evaluate it all and address any questions. We were about a year out on the schedule but then about 5 months after we signed the contract they suddenly had an opening to do our house. The job is now complete---siding, soffits and fascia- and it looks amazing! Changes the entire landscape of our neighborhood. Now....let's talk about the crew. Ramos roofing put a roof on my house, there were several issues but they took care of most of them…read more There was one that persisted since the first big rain after installing. They came and took a couple stabs at fixing but when it rains it still leaks, same if there is snow accumulation. I sent a video said he would come fix it don't worry, he didn't and now won't answer his phone for me or his text. I'm not sure why he can't have a conversation if he don't plan to fix it just tell me why. As it stands I guess I'll have to get an alternative company to fix it and take them to court for reimbursement. With spring upon us I thought you should be warned or informed about this. I even told him if he needed to charge and he shouldn't we could discuss that as well, still no response.
