He responded quickly whenever we had questions, showed up when he said he would, and his work was efficient and high quality. On top of that, his pricing was very fair. They never perform a full pump -- they leave solids in the tank and clearly don't have the proper equipment to reach beyond about 50 feet. It's frustrating to pay for a service that's not actually completed. To make things worse, their attitude is unprofessional. On multiple occasions they've been rude and dismissive, especially toward female staff members. Most recently, when we called to schedule a service, the response was simply "nope," and the call was hung up on us.
