But more importantly I kept hearing a noise that sounded like it was coming from the attic. He knew I was nervous since I am a senior woman. Have used them before. They replaced my water heater with a tank heater. The warranty on the heater was six years. It lasted exactly 6 years and one month. Not their issue, but a sore spot, They came out and replaced the defective H2O heater with a new Rheem. They did a beautiful job replacing it with new plumbing and hoses. They also completed some work under two sinks. The only complaint is the cost, VERY EXPENSIVE! They charged me a trip fee even though the total cost was $2500.00 + for the work. You might think the trip fee would have been dismissed. read more

Really bailed me out. I had to replace a faucet and the supply valves wouldn't shut off. So had to shut off main. Wife wasn't pleased with no water. They were here within an hour and did a very tough installation replacing the cheap old faucet, installing the new one and replacing shut off valves. Happy and thankful our project was completed successful and within a 1/2 day! Mike Davis Plumbing REVIEW I had water leak from our meter to the house. I was able to fix the leak last week, but needed to replace the mainline to the house. I called Mike Davis Plumbing at 9 am, at 12 noon one of their Job For-men Dane Davis arrived to give me a quote. He looked over the project and we discussed what was needed. Our meter was on the west side of the house and it's hooked to the house on the east side, under the driveway. Dane Davis explained the easy way and only if they had trouble the hard way. We installed all new plumbing at the connection to the house. (most of parts had been soldered at the shop and he only had to connect them.) We scheduled the project to start Monday morning at 6:30am. Dane called me on Sunday night and asked if he could over and prepare the area for Monday morning. Dane Davis and his helper Dave arrived promptly at 6:30 am. By 10 am things were dug out and the new water line was going in! By 11 am the hole was be filled in and the clean up had begun. I can honestly say that Dane Davis was very well prepared and organized to complete this project! Dane Davis had given my wife and I the confidence we needed from start to finish without stress! Dane is coming back on Tuesday night to Landscape the gravel and when the dirt has settled. If this situation ever arises my advice is call Davis Plumbing and ask for Dane Davis! read more

We had MD plumbing come out to drop an RV waste tank and hook us up to the main sewer in our park. They said it would take a day and half and wanted to charge $3600 in labor. We had no choice. it took them FOUR hours and they still charged us $3600 in labor. Now we are finding out they caused a lot of damage under our unit. We found an oring cut completely off. They put a hole in a copper pipe that flooded our bathroom and kitchen, resulting in a warped floor. Today we find out they used our air condition duct to lay on under our unit and did damage to that. Another $500 to have that fixed. We will also make sure our whole park of 1100 spaces knows not to use your service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

I had a problem and I'm new to the area. So I gave Mike Davis plumbing ago. it is Saturday afternoon and I had shut the water off to my broken water line and had everything under control. So I called Mike Davis plumbing for service. It was a non-emergency call and said I could wait until Monday for the service. Well, the service tech showed up anyway and I told him it was a non-emergency call and I didn't want to pay for an after-hours service call on a Saturday night. The tech said it was an emergency Coming from his dispatcher and he had to get right out now. That was not the case at all. So he said he would come back Monday to repair the broken hot water line. Now Monday and all well and we cut a hole in the wall to repair the leak. Well, it was the wrong spot and had to cut a second hole in the wall. 14" X 14 holes. He said he had a cover we could put over the hole and I said ok. Bummer to two 14 X 14 holes through the sheetrock. Well it took about a two-hours to repair with having to go get another Cover panel. (second hole cut and not planed for). He cleaned up well around his work area and that was good. But the bill for a none emergency call was a shocker. $385 for one broken water line and I have now two new holes in my sheetrock. I have to say I was overcharged a bit, or charge for the unnecessary trip Saturday night. One last grip and I have a nice driveway and the van he was driving leaks oil in three different spots on my driveway. They Should use some of that $385 for repairs in their vehicles. So beware they leak oil and ask them to put down a drip pan if they don't plan to fix their service vehicles. I'm going to try another plumber next time and see if that works out. As it turns out, we still had the old polybutylene pipes. Mike Davis and Co. was there the first thing in the morning following our call. They assessed the problem and gave us a fair price to remove the old pipes and replace them with new. Two days later, three guys were at the door first thing in the morning. I just returned from being out of town for three months. My shower faucet did not have hot water. This faucet is just over a year old, it was a fancy one I just had to have, cost was over $300.00. When he finished the job he told me the cost would be $155.00 but then he said because I live in a "trailer" he had to charge me $100.00 more.!!!!!! That is so crazy. Dane and his partner arrived ahead of schedule and gave us a very reasonable quote to replace the hot and cold valves for our washing machine hookups and told us they had the valves and other materials with them and could install them if we choose. We agreed, and they proceeded to install the new valves, modify our outlet accordingly, cleaned up the project site and finished in a very short period of time. staff super friendly but work poor. Had a faucet installed over dirt when they removed old one. Had two toilets to install, want to install over dirt as said would not come off, I insisted and cleaned before they installed, it all came off. On the second toilet they claimed it was broken when they installed it, they installed a brand new toilet with a CRACK and chalked it and they pointed it out, they asked if acceptable. No I did not want a brand new toilet installed with a crack. Very poor service- think they must delete poor reviews as called them as they had a good rating. Think they over charged as cost for one bathroom faucet and two toilet installs, I supplied faucet and toilets cost was $550. Do not recommend this company read more
