I reached out to AC and Plumbing Pro late last night around 11 PM when my AC suddenly gave out. After doing a ton of research and reading reviews I was looking for an honest reliable company. Curtis was amazing. Two of his techs showed up right at 10 AM this morning just like he said they would and got straight to work. They diagnosed the issue went out to pick up the exact part needed, and came back on time to the minute. The repair took exactly how long they said it would and my AC was back up and running within hours. Curtis took the time to walk me through everything what happened what they were fixing and what I should keep an eye on going forward. The price was very fair and there were no surprises AT ALL WHICH IS SHOCKING TO BE HONEST. Guy treats you like family. I've already shared his number with neighbors and our community group. AC and Plumbing Pro's team worked to reroute and replace the discharge pipe from our basement sump pump, which was a difficult problem to solve given the available space. They were able to bring in a number of their team members with the right experience and equipment to solve the problem which included running a new pipe through our basement ceiling and then from our house to the edge of our property. Although we were hoping for a simpler and less costly fix, we were happy with the result, and I believe we ended up with the best solution. Our sump has been working fine ever since. read more

Recently had my ac go out and it's still a little warm here in Arizona. I researched companies in my area and found these guys. They were great. Customer service was great and they came out so fast. I called and spoke to a lovely human (Cody ) and then filled out a form and booked an appt the following morning at 8 AM. Cody text me when they were on their way, they were on time and professional! I had an issue where the pipe under my kitchen sink was too low. I have a slide drawer, not cabinet doors so stuff under the sink kept bumping into the pipes which eventually ended up knocking it off, causing a leak. They replaced the pipes and raised the problem pipe so now everything fits and the drawer shuts seamlessly! read more

On multiple occasions now I have seen these guys in their trucks blasting through our community at likely over 45 mph.
