I've used this dispensary for years. I'm a disabled veteran with chronic pain and the VA recommended edible marijuana to manage it since it was better than the narcotics/side effects that were making me not able to function at all. They deliver, offer a Yelp coupon, always quick, accurate and professional. Excellent communication via email as well if you've got questions. Great selection available and they are always adding new things. There are not many walk-in store fronts around the area, so I gave this a try based on Yelp reviews. Nikki was extremely friendly, kind and patient. I probably asked her the same question at least three times because I'm a total noob and she was always accommodating. Everyone was super nice and helpful, but I went online after to look up the product I was recommended to buy for my pain to see the ingredients. I found I can walk into another dispensary nearby and the price for the exact same packaged product will be $14 and she charged me $65.!! I asked her why it was so expensive. She said blame California. Anyway, I'm thankful for the advice in what will help the pain from my fall injury. Just disappointed for the ripoff. It is a nice product and seems to be helping. They were good at first and then quickly went down hill. I received two faulty products from them, never had that happen at other dispensaries, and they abruptly stopped operations (stopped around april 19 until present) and never followed up with my complaint. They are not reliable and I wont be returning to them again. My friends also agree this isnt the way to run a business. I would recommend Evergreen in Santa Ana. I had high hopes. Ally reached out to me immediately after the order was placed and asked for a picture of my photo ID. Ally seemed very helpful and pleasant. At an hour and a half, I reached out to see if there was at least an estimated time. Nothing. At 2 hours I reached out again to the same numbers, the one with the phone number the company called me with and the number Ally texted me with to ask for my photo ID. I have received no response from anyone on where my order is, but I know it was updated since I spoke with the person on the phone and received 3 additional emails with the updates. It's about almost an hour after close of this business's hours and am dissatisfied and disappointed since none of their products ever arrived. Unfortunately, I will have to give 1 star since products were never received. Seemed promising with the quick communication at the start of this order. Declined quickly. read more

We tried warming it with a lighter and we tried ripping out the crutch but it was the actual flower inside that was clogged. You couldn't suck any smoke out of it. We returned back after dinner the same night but was told they could only give me a 20% discount towards my next order. I said to forget it that I won't be returning back ever. $41 down the drain! The receipt says, "Exchanges within 30 days will be honored for defective products." The manager said they only do exchanges on cartridges. If that's the case then why add this on their receipt? High prices do not mean high quality at this store. That joint should have taken us to another level but all it did was make us mad and frustrated!
