I ordered delivery. My bagel sandwich was skimpy and the bagel was trash. I was disappointed that the avocado was mashed instead of sliced, and the tomatoes and cucumbers are sliced like they're meant for a salad, not a sandwich. It was a goopy mess on the worst way. And the pesto? Nowhere in sight. This was a $16 sandwich which boggles my mind. Please save this order for somewhere like Twisted Bagels in Malta that will get it done better and cheaper. My one plus was the iced coffee was really good, hence three stars. So get a coffee, skip the food.

Grabbed some breakfast here while waiting for a train. It was very conveniently located and had a good amount of seating. They had a large menu with vegan and vegetarian options, as well as a "grab and go" breakfast sandwich station for those in a rush. The staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. I got a hot chocolate and a Humpty Dumpty avocado toast, and both were delicious. I'd love to come back next time I'm in town!

Lemonade. It was just a little too sweet so I had to add water.

Today I had breakfast at "BUD's on Jay" in Schenectady, NY. My sister took me so I didn't know what the town had to offer as I was there visiting. When we walked along the quaint street, it was in a section of town that was full of art, theatre and history. The restaurant had a full menu of choices from coffees, wraps, sandwiches and platters. The prices were so reasonable and the staff was really kind. They brought great energy and allowed all to be served. The attention to details recognized. Once we order, we sat and when the food was brought to our table number, it was hot, fresh and good. It seemed like my hot breakfast sandwich was made with detailed care. I really appreciated that. The lemonade was just a little too sweet so I asked for water to dilute it some but it was good. The experience I had was a joy and I would definitely recommend it to those who are looking for a great place to sit and enjoy good food with fantastic ambiance.

The cafe has generous seating and many parking options on State Street and the LAZ lot on the south end of Jay Street. I visited to purchase whole beans because my normal coffee delivery was delayed. The barista was helpful showing me the options available for purchase . I asked if the Bourbon blend was ready to sample and she generously gave me a full cup to sample. I am really enjoying the Bourbon infused blend. The price is high for one pound $26 but the house bend was more reasonable. I also signed up for a reward program which is a nice perk. I will be back for more coffee and some snacks.

The customer service here was really exceptional. From the moment I stepped up to the counter the employees took the time to insure they were taking my order correctly and even informing me of all the options they had available. I got a BEC on a croissant and it was actually a nice breakfast sandwich! It was filling and exactly what you want with a BEC- the croissant was a bit greasy, but nothing too too much. I might suggest the bagel here. Really impressed and satisfied!

Too expensive for what it is. The matcha is terrible and they gave me my bagel sandwich not cut in half.

It is located in a community setting on a section of Union Street below Union College. I ordered a fall special beverage -- Pumpkin Spice Horchata Cold Brew $6.75 with Almond Milk It is a "Signature blend cold brew, ps, horchata, choice of milk, cold foam, dash of pumpkin spice (iced)" The weather is still warm enough to enjoy a cold brew! The sweets available looked great, so it was hard to select. I chose a Blueberry Scone for myself and a Danish for my husband. The scone was crumbly, buttery tasting, and full of blueberries. The Danish was flaky and so freshly made. Both delicious treats were packaged nicely for takeout. Service is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The owner was present and gracious. The menu will change with the seasons. Nice tables. Creative decor. Easy to read menu was posted. Sweets are visible in a glass case. At 518 Coffee Bar, customers can enjoy a cozy atmosphere to catch up/visit over a handcrafted quality beverage.

She even gave us good input for what to order since it was our first time in there and she had so much patience as well. I ordered a vanilla matcha and matcha isn't something I enjoyed my first time trying it however, it was just the perfect amount of sweetness and didn't taste too grassy like other places. My boyfriend ordered a mocha iced coffee and cinnamon bun, usually he gets cream and sugar as well however she kindly informed us that the syrups itself was sweet enough and he didn't need it to which she was absolutely right. The cinnamon bun was delicious as well :))) This place was so cozy and cute, definitely would recommend if you're looking for a small place to enjoy good coffee and pastries. I don't know what it was but the coffee here was just perfect! I'm glad I found this place and I surely will be returning next time I'm in the area. They had lots of good books and vintage stuff as well. 5/5 most def!

The menu is extensive because it includes so many combinations. It even includes energy drinks. I immediately noted that prices are certainly better than Starbucks. The options for coffees and teas are greater than at Starbucks or Dunkin'. I decided on-- Hot: The Cappuccino was prepared nicely and tasted like those made at restaurants. Cold: The Georgia Peach Tea was incredibly flavorful. Five Stars for these drinks. Drive thru was quick and convenient. The staff is helpful and patient as you decide on your order. I will return to try more beverages if I am in mood for more than my boring Go To Dunkin' Decaf Coffee.
