This review will based on what was initially promised versus my actual reality. I made an appointment in advance. I later received a reminder call the day before my appointment. I scheduled a 7:30 AM appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by multiple staff. After looking at my car I was quoted a turn around time of 24-48 hours for them to complete my car. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he told me to give him a little time to get someone else to look at my vehicle. After completing another assessment they were able to identify the possible issue. I decided to stay on the premises while they did all testing and I was kept in the loop of everything going on. I was told they needed to send off for a part and it would take an hour but they felt this particular part would solve all of the issues I was having. Luckily the part did resolve my issue. So what was initially could have taken more than a day ended up taking a day. I think I left after 6 hours. I gladly took 6 hours because if they would have actually been 24-48 hours I would have had to be peeled off of the property. The price was the price. I can tell that we are in a different era of car service because prices have gone up. I am glad I was able to get it done and there have been no issues since my visit. read more

1 Star - Extremely Unsafe and Unprofessional Experience I brought my 2011 Chevrolet Camaro to Buddy Chevrolet in March 9, 2026 for a simple intermittent engine misfire. Instead of fixing the issue, my car spent over a month in their possession, during which I was repeatedly pressured into financing repairs, experienced poor communication, and was returned my vehicle multiple times in dangerous condition. After their work, my car began leaking fuel and filling the cabin with gasoline and carbon monoxide fumes, exposing both me and my grandchildren to serious health risks. Despite repeated complaints, the problem was never fixed. Each time I was told the car was "ready," it was still unsafe. The final return on April 22 left my Camaro nearly undriveable--violent shaking, severe misfiring, blinking check engine light, fuel fumes, and inability to accelerate. Management ultimately refused further help and denied canceling the $4,144 loan for repairs that made my car worse. I was forced to buy another vehicle because mine is no longer safe to drive. This experience caused financial hardship, lost work, medical distress, and put children at risk. I cannot recommend Buddy Chevrolet. What started as a minor issue ended with my car effectively destroyed. read more

Horrible... I took my vehicle here because my speedometer reader screen stopped working. They first had to order the part which is understandable, however for 2 weeks I was driving without know how much gas I had in the vehicle. After waiting 2 weeks, the part still didn't come in, and I was told that I would receive a call once it does. No one ever called me and it took them 3 weeks to repair with no rental car or vehicle to ride in while my vehicle was being repaired. Each day I had to take an Uber or Lyft to work which cost me more money. I went to check on my vehicle, and I was told that someone had lost my keys. It took another week for them to find them. I also had a recall on my vehicle of which they didn't fix. My breaks are still locking up when I drive it. I was definitely sold a lemon. read more

Poor communication and incomplete repairs lead to customer frustration. The company fails to consult customers about changes or product options, resulting in dissatisfaction. Customers repeatedly return for the same unresolved issues, and neither the staff nor management effectively address or resolve these problems, indicating a lack of accountability and effective problem-solving. read more

We stop by there and spoke to a sale person she was nice! Then on of the managers call me to come in because they will pay my car off...that was a lie and they word is not loyal. Then my credit report comes with wrong information on it say I wanted a 2022 chevy tahoe and I didn't never ask to see a 2022. I was there to buy a 2025 tahoe. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! read more

Why make an appointment here on Saturdays when your car is going to be seen when it's next in line...What's the point? Saturday's should be appointment time only. Making an appointment is so you won't have to sit there all day unless you have a major problem. This dealership is terrible. They would not do a diagnostic on my GMC vehicle with the check engine light on because 'I had never brought that vehicle into them before.' How else do they expect to get business? One must bring in a vehicle for the first time... This is the dealership in my area, they just lost a customer for life. This same dealership used to spam call me to bring in a different vehicle that I brought in the past. Horrible business model. This dealer has a very shady practice. I did go thru all of the number and pricing details/ financial detail prior coming for test drive. At arrival, they let a new staff on day one to serve me and force me go back to all of the detail again. At the end, they told me that I will lose all the credit and rebates OR did not honor their own approval and special financing. Walked out. Highly not recommend buying anything from this dealer. read more

I was overcharged and misled about the work that was supposedly completed and what was actually needed. Appointments are not honored, there are no loaner vehicles available, and customers are left without transportation for days. Even a simple oil change involved an extremely long wait. I was charged $700 in labor, yet basic services like checking or adding air to the tires were not done. read more

I have been a loyal customer: purchased two cars from here. My initial complaint was that there are no baby changing areas for parents who have to wait and cannot change their baby in the car since it's been worked on. Having to bring a baby to a car dealership is already difficult enough as it is. So, I had to change my infant child in public. I brought it up to a manager and he said that he would handle it... 8 yrs later and still nothing. Second complaint: my car had a recall for a seat belt dysfunction in the 2nd row so I took my car in to be serviced along with the seat belt repair. They returned it to me with paperwork showing that it had been replaced. Fast fwd to me with a carful of kids... seat belt was still the same! We had to drive without one of the kids restrained due to their failure to repair it. They had not touched it. Another issue that my STILL NEW car had- it was smoking. The service department failed to help me. I had to take it several miles to another dealership to have it adequately repaired. Such an inconvenience in another already inconvenient situation. To top it off- no loaner cars. If you have an issue they say, "oh yeah, you have to drop it off" and not have transportation for 3 days before they even diagnose it! Imagine how long the repair takes on top of the 3 day diagnosis! Meanwhile they call and harass me regularly to come in and buy another car. I would never. Two oil changes where they haven't topped my fluids- which is a BASIC service with an oil change. Once I went back and requested they top it, along with change the sticker on my windshield so I could accurately know when to have it serviced the next time. The final straw- I had an alternator repaired with a non OEM part... god forbid! The engine light was still showing something was wrong. I took it in for a diagnostic to ensure everything was okay and they went off about it being non-OEM and how I would have to replace it, mind you no diagnostic performed at this point. I said, "okay, I can go ahead and pay for that, but how are you going to reimburse me if it's not the alternator and I had to buy another one because you just guessed that's the issue?" The guy had nothing to say... then it was, "well, we can do a diagnostic, but you will have to drop the car off for 3 days." Just to assess!!! No loaner car offer... nothing. Yeah, and then the idiot left someone else's car keys in my car, which I was expected to return to them. Someone's Chevy impala... another individual who I assume is waiting for their 3 day diagnostic plus whatever time it takes to repair. Coulda had myself a new car. Imagine if your keys get left in the wrong persons car. The service guy- wish I knew his name- was rude and did not want to do his job. It's unfortunate that I am forced to take my car their for oil changes, per a contract I signed to have a lifetime warranty in which I'm sure that they will find a way to squirm themselves out of if I tried to use. Not to mention, my car consistently runs low on oil every oil change, and that before meeting the mileage in which I have to get it serviced! I do not have any leaks and it's been doing it since day 1. They can't fill the wiper fluid so how can I trust they are topping the oil properly? TERRIBLE!!! Not professional at all. Dropped my truck off Thursday night for a 8am Friday morning appointment. Got a call at 830am asking me the issue, even though I explained it when making the appointment, and writing it on the night drop envelope. I told the guy and we ended the call. After hours of hearing nothing, I called to get a status. Remember, my appt was at 8am. When someone FINALLY answered the phone in she service department (a manager, because calls weren't being answered), he informed me that my truck had not been seen yet, because the appt was not in. He confirmed the events that I gave of originally having an appt on 1/11/25, but due to the snow, I had to reschedule. Explained that I did reschedule on 1/13/25 for 1/17/25 at 8am. All he could do was apologize for his staff's mistake. The kicker is that he wanted me to wait until the next day, after they finished other appts. WHY?? You all made the mistake, compensate me with taking my vehicle 1st. Needless to say that I just went and got my truck. This place was awesome when it was Superior Chevrolet. Now that it's under new management, Buddy, it's pure crap!! read more

If I could, I would rate -5 stars!! I had a horrible experience at Buddy's Chevrolet, and they DO NOT represent the Chevrolet name well!! Brad was terrible. He lied about what was needed to be fixed on my car. His communication was terrible. He didn't call with a status on my car for 2 weeks. When I called to check on it, they never answered the phone nor returned my phone calls. I literally had to go to the dealership to get answers. According to the manager, they don't do official estimates, he literally wrote all these things wrong with my car in pen on a piece of paper. They lied and wanted to charge me 12k for a new motor, but they had at least 12 other things wrong with my car written on the paper. They asked me for half down but sent me an invoice for only $198.00 yet expecting me to pick 5.6K down with no support of the work being done. After almost a month, I removed my car from Buddy's and took it to a more reputable Chevrolet dealership. Guess What!!! I did not need a new motor, and my car was complete in less than a week. Quality of their cars and more compassionate employees .. I bought a vehicle from this business in May 2024 and the car stop on me in the middle of traffic on this pass Thursday I had to call my insurance company for roadside assistance to get it towed Back to Superior Chevrolet it is currently still sitting at Superior Cheveret they have not touch my vehicle as of yet they said it could be Monday or longer before they get to it they do not provide loaner cars for customers I am currently taking a Lyft back and forth to work paying almost '$30 each way for a full time job I am up to date on my car note and on the 6th is due again this is ridiculous when I thought I had a reliable car ..and my car note is $609.81 a month.. not a happy customer!!! read more
