All of the fresh fruits and vegetables are displayed behind the counter, so you know you're getting quality ingredients. I had the cook make them very spicy! The crunch roll had alot of heat and was delicious! Both rolls were quite big for the price! Love my wasabi on the side! I also got a refreshing detoxifier drink which was soooo good! They use only the freshest ingredients and it makes a big difference! I can't believe I have only stopped here once before. The smoothies are awesome! Martha ( or Marta?) Was pleasant and friendly! It's a hidden gem in Williams! I will definitely come back more often! I'm absolutely blown away and insulted by the mam workimg with the biker jacket on as I came in and ordered a couple of sandwiches and a couple of drinks, I sat and watched as a couple of what looked like people that he knew came in and just yelled to,him from their,seat what they wanted and he proceded to ignore my order and make them their food and drinks pushing me back in the line. I have been sitting here for over 20 min while I have watched multiple people come in and out that looked like he knew. This guy is an absolute ass hole!!!!
