Now here we are in April 2026 my sub pump failed again. I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!

I received nothing in writing explaining the job. On the day the work was to be done, I was told they would replace two additional drain lines leading from my house (which were not crushed) and take out 2 sidewalk slabs that that were not going to be replace by them. This was not what I was told, but I had nothing in writing. I cancelled the job. When I called to complain that damaging the sidewalk without being replaced, the person I talked to kept loudly talking over me and did not politely listen to my complaint. Extremely poor customer service. Their work may be excellent but their management policy of not giving the customer a detailed work order in writing and their policy of handling a customer complaint was horrible. They should give the potential customer a detailed explanation of the work to be done in writing before any work is to be done and someone needs more training on customer service. RECOMMNEDATION: Get the contracted work in writing in detail before you allow them to damage your property i.e. require them to restore the work area to its original state.

When I asked him to check if there was a leak of gas from my furnace, he said everything is in good working condition and there are multiple safety measures to prevent any leak. But when I asked how to be sure there is no leak, he said that is a second step to measure with a meter and it will cost another $89. In any event, I didn't find him to be friendly and helpful to rule out my initial complaint. I did not opt for the second step. No second step for diagnosis was informed by Sal earlier. That said, I guess I must give the business a 5-star rating based on the professional scheduling and followup of the appointment. "One swallow doesn't make a summer' or "one bad day" is not a true reflection of the company. I am changing my rating at Sal's text request personally. It's only changed because I can understand Sal's concern as a businessman. He offered me free service in return but I declined it again. He got me wrong completely. My changed rating is only for the professionalism shown by the reception desk and their follow-up. It is not for the changed picture Ron gave that I asked if Ron wanted me to wear a mask.
