Best tasting honey & the most pure without anything stripped out of the honey, as other honey producers do! Very Thankful for Buddy's Farm

We pulled in through the gates and saw a small field of flowers to the left, along with a shed-like structure and a house in the back. The right side was pretty empty; I'm guessing whatever was growing there had already been harvested. We stood around for a few mins pretty confused about how it all worked. We found a sign saying that CSA members get to cut for free and a pricing chart for non-members. There were clippers and a knife sitting next to a stack of boxes, so we grabbed one of each and headed for the garden. The selection wasn't quite what we expected, but we still got a great bunch of flowers and sunflowers. Some were a little difficult to access from the walkways, so we just tried to be as careful as possible. When we were done, we tried to pay, but there wasn't really a designated place to leave money, so we just stuck it under a box inside the shed area (I hope they got it!). Very cute place! A little confusing for first-timers, but overall a nice experience.

This is a family-run, community-oriented farm in the Sonoma County. The owner was nice and friendly. During our visit he only required that masks be worn at the check-in tent or when we paid for any purchases towards the end (at exit), other than that we just needed to be mindful of keeping 6-ft distance from other patrons. I forgot to bring my mask with me but they supplied a disposable one and I didn't have to run back to the car. The farm field was pretty big and there are pumpkins everywhere, direction of the field was one way so we followed the path, went through a cornfield (don't worry, it's not a maze) and made our way around until the exit. The pumpkin patch will be operating until Halloween. Enjoy lots of pumpkins, decorative gourds, winter squash and lots more. They don't have a corn maze, or fancy rides and bouncy houses which is okay with me. We enjoyed an authentic farm experience and the beautiful backdrop of the Russian River Valley. Review #2415

I was short on time, and didn't feel like waiting or looking for someone. The location is pretty cool, except the long dirt driveway that is guaranteed to get your car dirty. The nice picnic area out front will be great for a break between wineries. Can't wait for the fresh vegi's. I'll stop by after using Riverfront Regional Park.

For sale here are fresh eggs, frozen meats (lamb, pork and beef), local tea, and bone broth. We took note that this is an ecological farm using regenerative grazing practices, and yes we had to dig deeper into their website to find out exactly what that means. Impressive: thoughtful, transparent & sustainable farming. We picked up a dozen farm fresh eggs ($10) some farm made breakfast sausage (which was delicious), and large pork sausage, which we can't wait to try. Easy to connect to their free WiFi at the farm shop and pay via Venmo. Nothing better than a true backroads find!

Camping my Style…read more Working cattle ranch and farm that also happens to have camping locations available throughout the property. The Good: *You can purchase some of their homegrown meats to use at your campground. *Lone shared restroom was very not bad for an outhouse. *Multiple campsites along the Estero *You can also purchase wood to burn in the camp firepit *Located in Tomales, not too far from the ocean, it probably doesn't get too hot like most summer campgrounds are prone to getting. *Cell signal (Xfinity) was actually pretty decent in some spots. The Meh: *Directions to campground is a little confusing at first. The Ugly: *It's still camping and sleeping in a tent on an air mattress is still a nightmare. Conclusion: Still not a big fan of camping but this place is very not bad.
