A decent sober living home. Ive seen much worse. Your experiance will depend on your attitude and what you put into your program.

The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful no matter what situation you are in. They are always so sweet when you first arrive to check in for your appointment (Myesha is my favorite! She always remembers me) and everyone is always encourages your progress which is so nice because you have the team supporting you during the difficult time you may be facing and it may be hard to find support but this place is perfect. My therapist/counselor has been Victoria (Sylvia) who has been absolutely amazing. She has a completely different approach to help you get through any struggle and I truly appreciate that. I have never been to therapy but always heard from everyone that it's life changing because you learn so much about yourself and it's completely true. She teaches you the necessary tools and knowledge during the session that way you can use that any time to get through any situation. If I'm faced with any issue, I think back to what I've learned during our sessions and utilize that to help me. Sylvia is my absolute favorite, I literally look at my schedule and always get excited when I see the day I have my appointment with her. I hope she stays at this location because if she leaves I would go wherever she is and make appointments there because of how great she is with everyone. Wellpath will not let you down. Instead they will come up with ways to help you through your situation. Definitely recommend for sure. Even if you are unsure where start, they will guide you because of their experience.

These people with no family or advocates for them are treated like sh$t. They no only treat them like that but the family as well. The Nursing and Cnas hosuekieeping are amazing most of them but the people in charge the ,Nursing director melissa ,admissions director administrators lilia , johnny. they came at me like a I was a piece of shit. I found a dead man in his room at 8pm coroner didnt come till after 130-2am no one checked on him. I've been in and out of this place for months day and night. Windows broken for over 3 months never fixed they kept giving my mom fish when she is allergic. So we were bringing food for her and her roommate. My family and I became close with a lot of people and brought FOOD SNACKS SODAS TOILETRIES essential needs and now I'm banned. I'm allowed to say my opinion. I helped alot of residents who had nothing. Wearing hospital pants no shoes no deodorant and couldn't eat the nasty food. My sister and I changed bedding for people who had soiled it. Not even our family member we were there for got linens blankets ice water refilled because its what people with compassion do. I Brought dinner for a friend who couldn't carry it to her room with snacks and was yelled at by Melissa c. NS because I was told to not come back in the building over nothing I did during there caterered lunch but was ask by a resident to grab it for her. This is the second time but I will never say no to someone who is hungry. This place is a mess. Glad my mom is gone. I will only post one Picture I have cause they are all sad. I will hold on to the rest and will never be back at that again.

I needed PT really bad, my initial assessment from PT was several days after I moved in then I never saw anybody else for about two weeks, when I went down there to inquire as to why I was told their records show OT has seen me everyday. I filed a complaint with Medicare for fraud investigation. I was also shocked how little equipment they had, I was told their other facility had all the equipment, so we had to wait in line and there were some severely disabled people there. Absenteeism was a big problem which resulted in over an hour response time minimum, one of my CNAs spoke no English at all I would ask her to do something she would nod, leave and I would never see her again, it got to be where I would yell "don't act like you understand me when you don't!" Finally I went down to the nurse's desk to complain and the whole staff came out to gang up on me, how dare I complain about someone who speaks no English, the nurse finally told me that I am receiving good care and I should be happy to receive the care I'm getting. I complained to the administrator and got an apology, after that when I asked that CNA for something she'd bring in somebody else to interpret (a waste of staff don't you think?). My roommate contracted COVID and they wound up quarantine us both no medicine. I asked the doctor for something like paxlovid any kind of prescription, he turned around and walked out. Was it effective no they wound up quarantine the whole Wing. All the physical progress I made with my PT over the weeks went right out the window and I had to start over again. This used up the time to get covered by Medicare which I felt they should cover as they didn't properly treat me. Speaking of the doctor he played footloose with my medication (they just can't leave it alone), when I showed my PCP what he did, he was livid why go to the trouble of assigning and tweaking medicine only to have somebody change them willy nilly without consulting as to why? I consider that arrogant! I had a talk with the dietitian and was assured everyone was getting their nutritional needs considered only to find out all the patients got cheap sugary Kool aid to drink Food was horrible I lived on sandwiches and take out Good luck getting somebody to answer the phone. No I will not go back.

I am impressed with the CNAs patience and compassion with their less than wonderful residents who can be cranky or down right rude and unpleasant when the CNA is just trying to make sure they are clean and safe. Maintenance has addressed and improved all my wants and needs. Social Services works with me for my outside doctor appointments and the facility doctors and nurse practitioner are excellent. I had complained about the burning in my stomach, but because of bad communication between the personnel, I was not given the anti reflux meds until the doctor was called after dark. I hope fate does not make me stay there ever again. The five star rating??? I would not trust it.
