From start to finish, they literally were the best experience out of all the contractors I used during my kitchen renovation project. I stopped into Roma just because I was in the area. ( I live out east on L.I. And my son lives in Bohemia). I did a google search because I figured there had to be a granite store somewhere close. ( I was doing renovation using Lowe's which I had no complaints, you just can't pick out the actual stone to be used) The reason I was looking was to see what other options I had in tends of counter tops and because I really wanted to choose and pick the exact stone that would be used and how it will be cut. With Lowe's, you only see the sample in the store and hope for the best. I walked into Roma and that's when I met Lisa. She was so welcoming and helpful with my questions. I felt really comfortable with them. We walked the lot looking at remnants and then the full slabs, and I found exactly what I wanted. From measuring to install, everything was extremely smooth and stress free. And the pricing I felt was great as well! I was even able to go into the shop, look at my 2 slabs and then with Lisa, we taped out exactly where I wanted the stone to be cut and used for each section. This was very exciting!! Installation day was awesome as the crew came, they needed 4 guys to get my beautiful 60x108" island top into the house, lifted and placed. They were amazing! Also, we had found this beautiful piece at another store (f & d) that we wanted to use behind the oven as an accent. She gave me an amazing price to pick up the stove, cut it and get it installed! It was a smaller job, refinishing the original wood floors in a hall, two closets, and living room. They showed up on time, and took care to cover the tile floor, and put plastic over the doorways and air conditioning unit. The sanding was pretty much dust-free, and they filled cracks between the floor planks. Sammy made sure to help us select the right stain to match the bedroom floor. Based on our other floors, he suggested an oil based product which was a satin finish. On Saturday, they put down one coat of finish, and told us to let it dry until Monday. On Monday, they buffed, vacuumed, wiped, and applied a second layer. We had to give it another full day to dry, and two days before putting a rug down. We are so happy with the way the floors look, and the professionalism of this team!

The damaged included water damage in dining room ceiling, scratched wood floors and other damage on wood floors, a copper sink they damaged while installing it. Their employee hammered it and scratched and warped the sink ( that was another nightmare to get it replaced and when they finally did they acted like they did me a favor). And I did a stop payment on a check because after trying to get them back to finish because this project dragged on for so long, they stopped showing up . I gave them the benefit , wrote a check and they did not show up the next day, so I stopped the check. They will take zero responsibility on anything that doesn't go right.. it was amazing the excuses they would make up. Zero stars is what they deserve. Horrible! After only four years, my blinds developed three small holes, as if an insect chewed on that section of the blinds. Unfortunately for me, the owner Peter came out and refused to put in a claim with Hunter Douglas. The Hunter Douglas quality is so overrated, both the material and the mechanism are poor quality. I have had to undo the rod that is used to open the blinds because the mechanism was installed incorrectly. Long story short, I replaced the Hunter Douglas blinds with Bali Motorized light filtering shades and was amazed at the quality and the build of the blinds. Hands down so much better quality and better value. I will never recommend Hunter Douglas and Rosanti Flooring, stay away!

Contracted them for a quartz countertop. Asked for a quote for vinyl plank flooring over existing…read moretiled kitchen floor. Came and measured for countertop and floor. Got quote of $4800 for standard grade vinyl plank installed based on 225 sq ft. When I questioned the sq ft they said the laser and computer was right. My kitchen floor is only 160sq ft. Didn't accept the quote and the deposit was put against the countertop. Counter top cut installed to my satisfaction. Got another quote from another company. Their quote was $1800 for commercial grade vinyl plank installed with a lifetime warranty based on the actual footage of 165 sq ft. Went back today to question again the inflated quote for the flooring. I spoke to the owner and his answer to me "it was my problem because I got my money back and to get out of his store." At that point he escorted me out of the store. You determine what is going on here. The only reason for the one star is Agnes and the countertop crew on an excellent job.
