Brian came and did all the pre-work for measurements and ordering and was very flexible with installation timeline, as we were scheduling install before our move into the home. Brian had great communication in the lead up to the install, including ensuring delivery & acclimation of flooring materials. His team showed up right on time, communicated exactly what they were going to do and completed the job quickly & efficiently. It took nearly 3 full days to complete the job, but all the while they showed me progress, explained how to care for the floor, and even came back a few weeks later to add additional trim for the stairway leading up, to match the newly installed trim. Brian communicated prior to, during, and after installation to ensure we were happy with our floors and service. Here are the lowlights of my experience with Matt: --Communication was a nightmare. He responded to me while he was doing the job (a plus!) but he was more interested in complimenting his own work, man-splaining, and cracking corny jokes than he was in listening my concerns. Whenever there was a problem, he blamed someone else. ---Cost was very high. This is my fault , as I should have gotten more estimates. --The work was below average. For example, Matt installed a bifold door. He asked if I wanted it painted and when I asked if it would need to be painted, he said it was up to me. I opted to leave it unpainted but had no idea that Matt would leave pencil marks and scuffs all over it. By that time, I was so tired of interacting with him that I decided to paint it myself. Less than three months later, the door came off the track and the pin that holds it in place will not go back in. I've been trying to get him to come back to fix the door (as per his warranty) for two weeks. Ha! Who am I kidding? I could go on but you get the drift. Save yourself some money and headaches and find someone else.

Scope of work : painted kitchhen cabinets Communication - 5 out of 5 - he was prompt with his reply when I inquired a quote, provided a detailed explanation of the scope of work, and kept me updated throughout the transaction . He also advised on color choices and has such a cheerful attitude. Work Ethic - 5 out of 5 - very honest with his thoughts and opinions, and is possibly one of the hardest workers I've met as he works day to night to ensure everything is delivered beyond expectations. If there was even any remarks from me, no matter how small, he comes back and fixes it and then go above that to repaint everything again Quality of output- 5 out of 5 - was beyond what I thought painted cabinets may look like. After seeing my friends/neighbors asphalt driveway done professionally by Gerry and his crew, I…read morecalled for an estimate.( I've spent years and countless hours diligently filling cracks and sealing the asphalt and it still kept cracking and generally looked awful). Gerry was prompt in coming over to give me a reasonable estimate which included resetting some Belgian blocks which were elevated due to a tree that had previously been bordering our driveway. I didn't even notice how bad they looked because of how bad the driveway looked! Gerry told me to expect the work to begin in about 10 days and he was true to his word. His crew ripped up the driveway and then came back a few days later to fix the Belgian blocks. A few days later, they were here with the asphalt and completed the project. It looks fantastic! This is the third time I've had the driveway done in the 36 years we've owned our home. The first two times we waited about a month between the time the driveway was demolished and the new asphalt was installed. ProMaster was so much quicker and I've never had a driveway look so good. The asphalt seems to be stronger, like a commercial grade that you'd see when a shopping center is repaired. Strongly recommend this company!
