I had Symmetry Closets design my 3 children's closets, my very large master closet, and a mudroom/pantry/laundry room. Working with them was seamless from beginning to end. Sheree and Bonnie developed a design, and were open and receptive to any feedback or changes I had. The communication was excellent throughout the process. They explained everything clearly, and the follow up was superb. They helped work within my budget tok give me everything I wanted. Sheree and Bonnie were so easy to talk to, and collaborate with. The installation took 2 days, and the installers did a fantastic job. Everything fit perfectly, since the space was measured so well. They installed crown moulding, pull out drawers, doors to the mudroom and master closet. When I emailed a few days later and requested more shelves for my shoe shelves, Sheree had them cut and sent out to me free of charge. I've been disappointed with a number of contractors we've hired for our home remodel, but Symmetry closets by far and away impressed me from the moment they walked in to the moment they left. They removed their shoes, laid carpet everywhere and were extremely careful and considerate of the freshly painted walls & new hardwood. They installed my dream closet perfectly. We had Symmetry Closets do 4 closets - 3 reach in and one walk in - and build a utility cabinet with drawers for our storage room - we live in a condo where space is at a premium. We could not be happier with how things turned out!! The process from start - designing with Bill - to finish - installation with Scott - was wonderful and painless. You get a lot of bang for your buck with this company - almost half the price of some other closet organization companies. Bill made wonderful suggestions and answered all questions - changing the original plans was also no problem. Scott, the installer, could not have been nicer left the place as if he had never been there!
