He showed us car fax and comps for similar vehicles within 300 miles and their prices are a bit below average. He stayed late, answered all our questions, wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss what we wanted and the opportunity to think it over that night. We weren't sure what to do - because we had more to take then our van could fit. Brady and Kellen heard about our story and reached out to us to see what they could do. To make a long story short, they found a way for us to use one of their vans for a cross country trip - just so we could get our daughter the medical care she needed in New Orleans. This really isn't the thing you do if money is your main aspiration and pursuit. Their kindness and trust made a HUGE difference for us as a family - not only in being able to make the trip comfortably, but learning some things to help our daughter Olivia, who has a serious seizure disorder. The only way to "waive" it apparently was to email the guy proof of address... to an email he admitted he lost the password to, so literally no way to waive it then. DOUBLE-CHARGED us and then had the audacity to simply say "nope" when confronted in person about it without ever asking us for proof of it (see attached). They said they would send us our money back but they didn't only until after we reported them to the Better Business Bureau. If they scam you make sure you report them to BBB, that is the only way they will give you back your money! This Budget Rental is a total scam!!
