It was this reaction that just tipped me off that something was wrong. I ended up taking the car into two other places just to ask for second opinions on all the recommended work. They were laughing at how ridiculous the proposed work was from Kapp's. One place showed me how it would have been impossible for him to have assessed the need for new motor mounts without removing some covers that isn't a quick thing. Sad. Total dishonesty.
