im very upset..i came in looking to buy a car and i was talking to the salesman alfred simpson and he was talking to me like i was really gonna get a car. he took money from me for a down payment. i had to call and chase him down for about a month. i caught a bus with my child all the way to this store and still no car. it took him to long to refund my money back to my card and guess what still no car.. he had me to send him money to his cash app but i wasnt thinking at the moment to why he would want me to cash app him. i think he was trying to run off with my money and i really do not appreciate. i would not want that type of person working for me...i will never come back if he is there.. and also he has done multiple people that way mostly women. read more

do not buy from here!!! they but their vehicles from an auction and do not fix mechanical and/or electrical problems. purchased vehicle on 5th of july. had to take it back the same or next day. was sent to their mechanic and was told nothing was wrong. took the vehicle to the dealer and the entire tire system was damaged. tires were three different brands, struts were bad, brakes were wore and axle was bent. do not buy from here!!! call me and i will give details. 210-763-3994 read more

I went into the lot yesterday morning 0950, as they were opening to look for a specific Vehicle an "Accura MDX 2010". After I told them the tire had to be replaced so we would be able to road test it on the HWY they said they would get it taken care of. My wife and I left at 1040 and went to get a few things done and grabbed lunch. All the while waiting on a call saying the tire was replaced. I thing finished lunch with my wife and went over to the This accrue had a piece of rubber missing out of the side wall RT rear tire (They replaced 5 hours later after not wanting to). There is a Battery terminal light that it on, Airbag sensor is on, and the vehicle was in a minor collision. Ask for the CAR Fax up front on everything. These folks are not wanting to sell cars, they are there to suck your time up during the day. I came in with a pre approval letter from my bank, ready to spend money! In all my time, I have never seen a company "NOT" want to sell a vehicle, even when I came in to make a purchase right then. They worked harder to "Not" make the sell than they would have if they would have fixed the small things to make the sell. If they would have fixed the minor things on the vehicle, I would have gone home with it that day. They were not going to fix anything IOT make the sale... Later that day they called my wife for a test drive and the car felt very sluggish. After the test drive they put a sign in the window that say's "sell as is". This sign was NOT there when we first saw the car early that morning and was not there when my wife went back for the test drive after they replaced the tire. If you're going in to look at a vehicle from this place, make sure you take it to your mechanic before you buy to ensure they don't erase code if the car throws them. They "Owe" you, the buyer a safe vehicle. They will promise you the moon, however do not believe anything coming from them. They want you to buy the car before they will fix anything. The only reason I gave this dealership has a star is because you have to pick one in order to leave feedback. If I were to give them any stars it would be many negative stars. They will certainly help you make a decision! They helped me make mine. That was not Never recommend or do business with folks like this. I don't know if they put a new or used tire on it before my wife drove it however I am trying to attach everything they said they would fix, then refused to fix any of the issues. I purchased a vehicle back in 1995 which was my first car. I decided to go back and purchased another vehicle from them of course totally different staff! This entire staff is unprofessional and play to many games from the sales manager to finance manager! I was there two days getting the run around about a Suzuki truck! My time and energy was wasted! I was very pleased with my experience with Budget Auto Sales and strongly recommend you start your next car search here. After disappointing experiences at the 4 largest auto dealers in Columbus I remembered the radio commercials from Budget and decided to see what they had on the lot. I was pre-approved coming in and my family decided on a 2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali. Jimmy the salesman I worked with and Tron, the manager, exceeded my expectations in customer service. They met me where I needed to be on price; a "Great Price" based on both KBB and TrueCar. They also offered me $1800 more for my trade than any of the Big 4! Now this is why I think you should really go to Budget. My purchase is in great shape, but has high mileage. After purchasing on Thursday I had an engine warning light come on Saturday. I called Jimmy and he said to bring it in Monday and they would take care of it. I don't think they had any legal obligation to do so, but they stood by their vehicle. I brought it in today and their mechanic ran the computer for faults. It needed a new oil pressure sensor, so they sent me to Transmission Experts up the road. While fixing the oil pressure sensor the mechanic noticed an issue with the power steering pump which without me knowing Budget told them to repair and charge to them as well. I didn't find out about the pump until I got my keys back. For the record I had the vehicle checked by an independent mechanic before purchase. I'm sure Budget made money from my purchase. If they didn't they couldn't stay in business, but I'm positive I got fairer deal than I was offered from any of the big 4. if you buy a vehicle from here expect to have to put a new motor in it. I have owned my 2006 dodge ram for around 6 months and the motor just blew up. also when I purchased the truck I had to drop it back off the following Monday for them to flush the coolant system, when the flushed the coolant system they cut the 2 heater hoses from the heater core in dash just to get by the 30 day guarantee. for those of you that do not know how a heater core works, the heater core is in your dash of the vehicle, it has an inlet and outlet hoses that flow from the radiator where the coolant is. so when they flushed the coolant system they cut the 2 heater hoses to save them $1000, that I had to get fixed 2 months later. and now 6 months after owning the vehicle the motor just blew up on me and is going to cost $6800 for a new one, and I still owe $10,000 on the vehicle. I contacted budget a few days after this happened and told the manager Sean about the motor being blown and they need to make it right, I also told him that I knew about them cutting the heater hoses and he lied to me saying " our mechanic would never do that" and like I said when you flush the coolant system coolant flows through the heater hoses, so when they realized it was leaking they cut the hoses. Again Sean says they wouldn't do that, and I say well if there wasn't coolant flowing through the hoses (if they had already been cut prior to when they sold me the vehicle) the mechanic would of noticed. Sean then tells me he would contact me in 24 hours, I then call back the next day on the 25th hour and Sean is not in the office the day he said he would call me back. Remind you Sean is not a car salesman, he is the manager of this poorly run, terrible excuse for a business. This is a terrible business!!!! No stars. I had visited them when they had a tent sale in the Walmart Parking lot off Whittlesey Blvd. They had a nice selection of vehicles but no prices. I asked about the prices on several different vehicles but the salesmen were really pushy on checking your credit first. I was assured that with my credit score that they could get me into a vehicle of my choice with a small down payment. I had already picked out several vehicles that I was interested in. I went back to their lot the next weekend with $2000 down payment. They ran my credit and I saw the same 3 vehicles that I was interested in the weekend prior. Next thing I know, they are driving a Ford fusion around to have me test drive. I refused. They brought another small Toyota around and I refused again. They claimed because of my credit and my small down payment that this was all they could finance me for. Finally when I was ready to leave the lot, they brought around a vehicle that I was okay with. I went back in the office to finance and told that I needed a bigger down payment for the payments that I needed or higher payments. Against my better judgment, I took the car with higher payments. Later, I go to Kia to finance my son a brand new Kia and he gets it with lower payments and same down payment but my credit was too bad at Budget for them to work that out with me??!! Really??!! Shady salesmen, the finance manager, Tim is arrogant and not friendly unless he is trying to talk you into the sale. The only person there that has a good personality is Tron. read more
