Can't expect luxury at low prices. Room was clean upon arrival. Quite a few tweakers hanging around outside.

Disappointed in my stay here this week…read more Our client recommended this as the place to stay in town, so we did. Here are some things that went well and others that need improvement. What went well: - safe location right off highway 70 - adequate and free parking - breakfast starts before 6 am, and it includes healthy options like fruit and oatmeal - bed in room was comfortable and there was a good desk with lighting What needs to improve: - water pressure is inconsistent, so toilets don't flush properly and showers have a mind of their own - please clean the room properly: there were muddy boot marks on the ottoman - please add a safe to the room - please add teabags to the coffee service in the room Pro tip: If you're here at the recommendation of a client, call the hotel directly and make your booking. You'll save a lot of money. In my case, I paid $369 per night for two nights when I could have paid $179 per night. Total bill was over $840 after taxes and fees. I've paid less for good properties in large metros on both coasts! Will likely be back as they seem to be the best option in town (for now, at least).

Springhill suites, when did Hotels stop giving a bottle of water? Vanessa and Amanda, Pete and…read moreIliana were all great, but something is lacking here like when we went to our room the door was open! Also, there were containers of shampoo and conditioner with nothing in them. We came back from dinner and passed our hotel because there was no lights on outdoors and that was 7:30. I waited till eight they never came on so I had Amanda check it out and she flipped the switch. I'm glad they serve breakfast, but they have absolutely no protein. It was just all carbs. I do have to say the property was clean and manicured the hotel lobby, rooms were nice, but the trash cans were full. All in all it was a nice hotel and I would go back to stay there, but they need to check things out and take the smoking section away from the front door. I WOULD RECOMMEND

This is a nice stop on the periphery of Stafford, the last hotel before venturing into the middle…read moreof nowhere (if you're traveling eastbound on Highway 70). The rooms are updated, modern, and spotless. The staff are very polite and helpful. The workout room is adequate as are the pool and the breakfast. The only glaring issue is that the room keys struggle to work thanks to a dated system. It's not fun to go up and down from the third floor to the lobby three times in a desperate attempt to get either room key to work!! That's quite disconcerting and probably the sole reason I would never stay here again. I'll just go back over to the Best Western a few blocks to the west because their room keys always work. FYI: If the room keys actually work, this could easily be a four-star budget hotel!

Please do not Waste your money here…read more Room 209 Stayed at the hotel for 4 days and it was pretty bad. Key card never worked. Was constantly locked out of the room. Baseboard was falling off the door. Restroom light never worked. Lock handle kept falling off. Carpet felt gross like it was shampooed but not dried properly. Room was super dusty. You'd think after telling someone at the front desk they would change your room or something, but no Only that was good was the coffee. Breakfast was horrible. Everything that is leftover is just reheated back up again for the next day. Waffle mix is never changed. Waffle Batter was this weird gray separation thing going on. Pretty gross. Gravy is more like grits. Hash browns are just reheated in microwaves Find it weird that the only way to get to the pool is by going through the bar. Checked in around 3pm Went down to the pool around 6pm and enter the bar to go to the pool and you have nothing but eyes on you. It's pretty weird. Pool is trashy. There is no pool towels available. Ask the front desk and they'll hand you any towels they can find. Broken glass all around the basketball court. Spend your money else where and go somewhere else.

The rooms are very clean and sufficiently spacious, the breakfast is adequate, and they have an adorable little pool. I'm picky when it comes to hotels, but this really is a nice place to stay.

Where to Start?…read more Staff- Helpful and Good attitude Room - Dated by 10 Years or so Not bad. It was Clean for Roadside Motel. No hair's. Bath Drained well. Toilet Clean. Hott water at all hours. Parking- Open but they did have a system by hand and eye to keep track. I did see some trailer parking but not much. Clients - Most are working for the Mine. Traveling skilled Workers. Few families with kids. The Place gets dead at 8PM and comes to life at 4 AM. No crack head or hookers. Bugs and Critters- Yes they have them. Spiders and so on. Nothing crazy, Kinda hard to keep them out since its a desert. If you have stayed in Flagstaff or Las Vegas its the same. On Site- laundry and Vending sodas plus pool. They Do Serve Food. Pretty good. The chinese buffet was gutted at the time of this posting. Food options limited. Most Food Places Closed on SAT and SUN!!!! Jack in the box down the road. Beef is $$$$ in this area Soda and gas cheap. Road is the MSR for the Mines so heavy trucks running in mass all hours and all of the Motels from NM and PHX are along it so theres no way of getting around that..My kid was able to sleep thru it so not that bad.
