I had no way to continue to communicate with him, and I was praying that when he found he was unable to reach me that he would not think I had abandoned the service call. Regarding price - you get what you pay for from a lot of these locksmiths. Often they are rushing from one job to another ... not that they are bad per se - but if you have a number of locks and have a problem with one - you typically need to look at all of them to make sure your keys continue to work smoothly, etc. Sal took his time to make sure that all of my locks worked smoothly - and all my keys were made to perfection.
