I recently changed my door knob on my powder room and being a rookie on this, I installed it wrong and couldn't release the lock button from the outside. I managed to lock myself out of myself at 5:45am when I was attempting to go to the gym. There was no way for me to get inside, I was in my gym gear and all I had with me was my phone. I called a number of "24/7" locksmiths and no one else answered other than L&K and I'm happy they didn't. He answered the phone, asked me to text him my address and in less than 20mins he was at my place. He started with the least invasive ways to get in, but eventually had to drill one of the locks - not a problem though because he promptly repaired/replaced it afterwards and even vacuumed up!
