We were impressed with the rate and our room at the Budget Motel. It's basic but we only needed a clean room and comfortable bed and they delivered. The front desk staff goes above and beyond, the rooms are big, minimal toiletries but they will give you additional if needed. You get a 10% off coupon for Perkins which is next door. BEWARE WHEN STAYING HERE! I had the overall worst experience I had ever had when staying at a hotel or motel(7/14/23-7/16/23). Long story short budget motel charged my debit card for $972 when they were only supposed to take $320 for the accidental deposit and at first they said they could not give me my money back because they had no record of it.The lady was very rude when I tried explaining, I did swipe my card when I checked in. I told her to check the cameras, but she said she can't and only managers can check cameras but of course they were all on vacation at the same time. The only way I was able to get my money back was when I called a police officer. We could not wait for a manager to come back from their vacation, because we had to go back home to California to work. Once the police officer came, the lady working the front desk all of a sudden found a manager to come in. At first she said she could not find it and there's nothing she can do until the owner came back, an hour after the police officer left I got a call saying they "found" my debit card on file and it would take 5 business days to Receive.Until now I still have not received a call from the owner to apologize for the huge inconvenience and the error one of his employees did that caused my vacation to be ruined.I would not recommend staying here. read more

Hey, I admit after a long day of driving I was just plain tired. Three states in one day. So maybe I just wanted to find a simple, cheap bed to lay my head down upon. The front desk was friendly at 10pm at night and the room was clean. I will say the comforter was patchy and could be due for a change. The shower was nice and hot and had better pressure than the Econolodge I stayed at in Durango, Co. You will also get a coupon for 10% off breakfast at the Perkins next door. read more

Arrived to this motel in hopes of a decent place to sleep for the night due to the rating. When we arrived the lady at the front was not the friendliest, ok not a huge deal I understand people have their moments. When we got to our room it was not the cleanest. The tv remote was so dirty, we ended up cleaning it with a wash cloth and it had so much grime on it. That did not make me feel good about how clean everything else was. There was also a smell of gas out side. Just overall wasn't the best place but I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Very bleak for what was offered. Worse than the dirtiest, priciest Motel 6 or Ramada one can get for $77 a night. Not sure if lately Burley became much fancier than it has ever been, but I could get cheaper room to sleep which would be much cleaner in a city 4 times the size of Burley. From a parking lot full of debris and pine cones to the room which was dusty and smelly and despite huge no smoking sign it smelled like a smoking room and there was a hole from a cigarette on the comforter. I was too tired to change the room, but reported my findings to the front desk. I mean you say no smoking and what was it $250 I think cleaning fee will be applied , then in the morning or whenever cleaning person shows and barely wipes the dust I do hope sheets got changed even though they also smelled like cigarette smoke. Do you charge the person who stayed there previously and start whole deep cleaning process or does your cleaning person smoke like a chimney or recently experienced the loss of smell? Do tell. I don't like other people's smells, crumbs or hairs. I guess it is located conveniently by the very exit from the freeway, but so is Best Western and couple others and let's be honest the only reason I got a room here is because Best Western was fully booked and the receptionist lady told me you got few cancellations. Ramada's or stinky 6 or Super 8 have only one selling point and that is let us be sincere is their price . Very simple and much cleaner hotel in Mesquite was cheaper and if you are not too much into gambling you could even save on food while in Nevada. I do not mind cleaning after family members, but if I pay for a hotel room I expect it to be pre-cleaned thoroughly which is the general expectation in the industry. I mean the receptionist lady was friendly and all, but the facility itself is below any acceptable standards of cleanliness and should be at least 50 % cheaper for what is being offered. read more

Arrived at 10pm, staff was wonderful, except.... My bed had NO sheets on it and my pillows were bare too, also the "non-smoking room" smelled as if someone smoked in her not twenty minutes ago...after inquiry at the desk I was told that I would receive sheets and pillow cases, 40 MINUTES LATER.... and I'm still waiting on my sheets!!! All I want is to cover this bed, get something to eat, sleep, wake I give three stars because they did comp room for the night and must admit that because of eclipse traffic that weekend there were probably in over there head. read more

Clean rooms, comfy beds, good customer service at the desk and a nice, if small, pool. The bathroom space is VERY small and it is tough to maneuver and near impossible to dress in. Shower is tough to control water temperature and not great water pressure. read more

One of the better budget motels I've stayed at. Quiet. Could use more attention to cleaning, particularly toilet and shower. New carpet needed too. Breakfast was meager, a few pastries, bagels, fruit, yogurt m, milk, etc. No eggs, no hot food. Overall it was worth the $109, not more though. read more

Nice quiet location next to the interstate.Clean Rooms extremely great staff, very understanding about situations that you are in and try to help you the best they can. Very clean rooms. I'm back in Idaho, staying in th Budget Motel, here in Burley!! And, I can tell you!! This place, I do recommend. The employees, are just so friendly, the housekeeping, is WONDERFUL. SO THOROUGH!!. Location is convenient, price is very reasonable, discount at nearby restaurant is a plus. Rooms are clean. But the front office are not too friendly The main problem is that they were almost always short of breakfast items or out of several items completely. Staff was unapologetic about that saying that people often take too many items. Seems like this could be easily remedied. In the meantime better get there early if you want any chance at having breakfast. read more

You definitely get what you pay for...the outlets don't work, but they DO have a bottle opener attached to the bathroom sink! :) The woman at the front desk didn't know what or where Jackson Hole was, which is what we were on our way towards...I found that weird. Upon my arrival due to a emergency move for the safety of myself...I stopped here to stay the night from driving over 12 hrs. The next morning I woke up to take off and my car had broke down leaving me stranded and with the snow...I was forced to stay from Tuesday to Saturday. In the beginning I thought it was a decent hotel. The girl the night of the checking in to the facility told me that she was giving me a better room for the same price. After a day or two I realized I would be there longer than anticipated. As I asked them if they would take a card in my name over the phone as the one I had an expired and hadn't received the new one yet. Same name as my Driver's license shows. But they said they were unable to oblige. Now...what got me here was that the dealership down the way whom was working on my car took the number over the phone for over a thousand dollar charge. And yet for 360.. yes 360 for 4 days.. I shouldve had a high end room with a nice bed(crappy uncomfortable beds; major back pain by the time I left) they would not except payments by phone. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. But the actual owner I'm definitely dissatisfied with. It is a well light area with good Aesthetics for the building. But the fuzzy flat screen TV and the crappy beds...didn't make much for a good sleep. I won't be using them again. I would recommend the hotel that is practically attached on the other side. One of the worst - Best Western next door is head and shoulders above for less money. Water takes 15-20 minutes to get warm - and the rooms are dirty and dated. Worth $35- $40 a night motel at best. Tops Motel 5 minutes away cost 1/2 as much for the same ammenities. read more

Gross! $77 for filthy tub & sink. Hair on floor of bathroom & edge of tub. Uncomfortable bed. Would have slept better in my car.

Beds had hair it's really not much cheaper the parking is not bad the location is well lit and feels safe generally looks like a really clean and safe place. Front desk has good customer service!
