I was so stressed out thinking I would have to pack everything myself. When the movers got here they wouldn't let me lift a finger. They did every single thing for me they packed everything themselves and it was such a huge relief. On top of the great service they were all so laid back and very nice people, from the inspection guy to the packing ladies and inventory lady, to the actual movers themselves. Contacted 7-8 moving companies without much success - most places charged a minimum time (2-3hours, 3 employees), which would have been almost as much as we paid for the used smoker, or they wouldn't fool with a single item. That's if they responded at all, half never even bothered. All of Texas Moving called back within the hour, and apologized for not being there to take the call. Casey got the description (and pic), checked with the boss, and had a reasonable fee w/ next day service for the move, all arranged while I was on the phone. I got a call when the truck rolled out, the smoker arrived with no problem, the two workers moved it onto my back yard patio in about 5 minutes. They were all real life savers, they responded with the best quote, got the job done quickly with no drama, and made our end of it super easy!

From the communication, to the actual moving, their professionalism, everything. Which is why I immediately called them to move me this last time. However, I don't think I'll be using them again in the future. I called on Tuesday mid afternoon to schedule for the following Saturday. They told me no problem and got it set up for 12:30, Saturday afternoon on the 30th. I tell her I want to move by the hour. She tells me they have a two hour minimum I tell her that's fine, I also have a couch I need moved into the new house from the old house. She says ok, notes it, and tells me it'll be $300. Well I had taken a break to eat lunch on Friday and I get a call from one of the movers telling me he's at my gate to move me. I explained that they were supposed to be there the following day and called the office to make sure they were still coming tomorrow. She said she got her wires crossed and apologized and assured me they'd be there at 12:30 the next day. Around 11:30 on Saturday, one of the movers calls me again and says the client they're currently with has more stuff than they thought so they're going to be about 30 minutes late. No problem, that buys me more time to make sure everything is good to go. 1pm comes and goes and around 1:30 I send a text to check on the status because I haven't heard anything. He tells me they're waiting on this client to pay. 2 pm comes and goes and then so does 2:30. I text again for an update because I haven't heard anything.he's telling me they have to follow this lady to a gas station to get a money order for her to pay. I tell them that I'm not too concerned about it because they're always really good. They finally got to my house at 3pm, 2 1/2 hours late. They were pretty good and fast but I also had everything already in one room for them. They drop off the couch, we go to my storage unit. By this time it's 4:30. They tell me there's a $50 extra stop fee that no one told me about and even though it took them an hour and a half, there's still a two hour minimum. When she called to get payment, I sort of let her know I was pretty annoyed. She apologized and said that she knows it's annoying but it's not their fault they were late. It's not my fault either.Then when the movers were leaving, they wound up hitting the gate of my storage facility. They got out and looked, and then left. The owner of the facility text me about this but saw me leave ahead of them so he didn't blame me. He said he was going to call the company to discuss. So the fact that they were 2 1/2 hours late and tacked on a $50 fee that I didn't know about ahead of time, hit the gate, and all of the other things, I don't know that I'm willing to use them again. Update as of 12/16/24. I called them last week in response to their request to make it right and no one answered the phone. I left a voicemail stating my name, what I was calling about, and my number and no one called back. Unless or until they make some portion of this right, I will continue to leave this review up. What's really sad is the owner of my storage facility asked if I would recommend them to partner with so he would recommend them and they him, etc. I told him that prior to this experience I would have said yes but not after this time.

This was a headache from start to finish mind you our delivery window was 10-12:30pm.They did not arrive until 4:05 and tried to price gauge my mother because they thought she was alone. Do not work with these unpunctual, chaotic, unhelpful, unprofessional, money hungry company and people. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Coordination of delivery was easy and he took care to place the dumpster as close to my work area as possible in a tricky spot. Having taken my time in the tear down, I requested the dumpster for five days. I was able to pack away a month's work in one long day. I reached out to Tony and he was able to come out that same day to pick up. While I do not know that I will need a service like this again, I do know who I will call if I do.

I requested a clear quote upfront, which was never provided…read more Despite giving clear instructions on the work needed, they charged me extra, tried to charge for bulk pickup, and failed to paint the house as agreed. My friend, who was there in my place (since I'm stationed in Korea), made it clear that painting was required, yet they claimed she said the tenant would handle it--something that doesn't make sense given the house had to be ready before anyone moved in. To make matters worse, my realtor, someone I trust, visited the house and confirmed that the work was not completed properly. She even called the company to explain that the house needed to be finished, but they continued to disrespect me by dismissing my concerns. My friend had to purchase their own equipment to finish the work that was supposed to be done. What was supposed to be completed on Friday dragged on the whole weekend, and it's still not finished as of March 23rd. I asked for this job to be done before the 16th, and I'm still waiting. They claimed I wasn't overcharged, but the work they did was so poor that I could have done it myself for free. I'm now dealing with more stress than if I had handled everything myself. I will be attaching photos to warn future clients about this company. As a military member stationed abroad, I trusted them to handle the job, and they failed miserably. They demanded full payment before the job was done and now are blaming me. My house is still incomplete, and despite having cameras and a friend checking in, they continue to drop the ball. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They deserve a zero-star rating, but I'm giving them one only because I have to.

For the work done (seems a one-person company), in the amount of time (one day), worth the price. As far as overall quality and attention detail, things missed like dusting of airvents and hair in shower drains/leftover cleaning film in one of the tubs. But overall, very fast response, responsive to needs over phone/text considering the circumstances (booked everything 5 hour timezone behind). Was able to see photos and videos of job after and before. Quick refund for mowing services that werent completed due to weather circumstances. UPDATE: owner reached out immediately to offer to remedy minor defiencies. Appreciated the gesture nonetheless despite my mother-in-law already correcting the issues.
