Those are real experiences. The 5star reviews on google are fake and posted by paid agents and their own people. What's the point of making a reservation if it isn't honored? Leaving customers stranded in the middle of the night after confirming our booking is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we had no choice but to pay for a taxi to our hotel in the middle of the night because Enterprise failed to provide the car we had reserved. The customer service was unprofessional, disorganized, and showed no urgency or genuine effort to help. This experience caused unnecessary stress and extra expense after an exhausting day of travel. I will never book with Enterprise again and would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on them.

He parked it at Pearson Airport and when he got back he noticed a flat tire. enterprise roadside assistance told him to bring it to the Pearson location and he received another rental to come home. there was no damage aside from the flat tire and they said yup no damage and provided him with a report that said NO DAMAGE. Three days later they told him there was damage and are expecting his insurance to pay for it. We have the proof that they told him there was no damage. This is horrible customer service and we will not be renting from them ever again.

Some companies charge an underage fee. A friend recommended this place and I am glad he did. Had great experience. They offer extremely competitive prices. There is no underage fee, which was a huge positive! Very friendly and easy to deal with. The car wasn't old and was very clean from inside. The only suggestion I have is that they should start offering pick-up and drop service. If they do that in the future, I would certainly give them 5 stars. Overall, they do a fantastic job. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Once I did reached the desk I was asked for my drivers license, credit card, a number for secondary contact that that they could call to verify my information and my first born child, all this to rent a moving dolly! The good thing is I did get the dolly but if I ever need one again I will buy one from Canadian Tire.
