Love it! Yesterday on 03/30/2024, I was here to rent again on a rainy day first time ever holding an umbrella when picking up my rental car LOL. Hilarious!!! Anyway, I ended up with a really nice 2023 Ford Escape SUV for my Las Vegas and Scottsdale road trip... very spacious and comfy. First time ever... I don't shift the gear, I dial it LOL. It offers a different driving experience that's for sure. And it's a hybrid! Btw, they gave me a free upgrade from Compact SUV to Intermediate SUV... sweet! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! As for service, it is always superb. Thank you so much T (from Feb 2023) and Charlene (from 03/30/2024) for the above and beyond friendliness, hospitality, and service! They got me at hello LOL. I am lifetime Enterprise customer. Keep up the excellence in all that you do!

The car was a 2024 Nissan Altima that already had dents and scrapes when I picked it up -- including a dent low on the back left side. The employee even told me it was "all marked in the system." I had the car less than 24 hours before returning it because it was in terrible condition: it reeked of marijuana, the washer fluid didn't work, the tires thumped, and I could even feel something off on the right side while driving. Now, Enterprise's Damage Recovery Unit is claiming I caused damage in an "accident." Their own paperwork says the "point of impact" is unknown. They're even showing a warning light supposedly tied to the front left while pointing to dents on the back left. Which one is it? None of it adds up. I have a clean driving record -- no accidents in years, I don't speed, and I barely even drive. If there had been any accident, the 2024 car's own onboard system would have recorded it, and I would have called AAA or my insurance immediately. There is no such record, because nothing happened. This feels like harassment and retaliation for leaving an honest review. I will never rent from Enterprise again, and people should think twice before trusting them.

I got a fairly good price and nice car considering it was so last min. They were quick in the delivery and I was able to make it out to Vegas to meet with the rest of my party. I was not able to make it back to return the car by closing at 1pm on Sunday (got there at like 1:20), but left the car overnight and returned on Monday to signout and give them the key. They remembered me and had recognized the car :) They were nice enough not to charge me for the 3rd day.... very awesome! thank you Avis for saving me :)

Just deal with a headache . This female manager by the name of Alika or Anika that was there charged us 30$ on top of the 39.99 rental fee total of 70$ because he was #supposely an hr late and she even made a note online to not adjust the fee when corporate was called . They picked me up and made me wait over an hour to be driven to LANCASTER to pick up another car. The sales rep said he would give me a discount and a free day but charged me the same exact price on paper. He also noted on the paperwork that I'd get 40$ more back after the rental. I visited this location twice this month and have experienced very horrible interactions…read more I work for Lyft/Uber and when I dropped off a rider at this location the staff was very unprofessional. One employee parked a vehicle vertically near the entry way towards the front of the main entrance. The vehicle was blocking other vehicles entry and exit way. After I struggled to park the car due to the White SUV refusing to move the vehicle, I proceeded to reverse & exit but the driver in the car stopped. He then began having a conversation with another employee casually while she leaned on the driver window with no intention to move out the way. She began yelling at me once I carefully backed up due to the other vehicle not moving and causing great difficulty. The employees began yelling aggressively at me. I explained to them I had to maneuver around them in order to exit due to them blocking the road. The staff here is blatantly rude, disrespectful and do not care about the customers or the company's partners. The rider was very uncomfortable after experiencing this incident. I have been renting from Enterprise for over forty years. It is my car rental agency of choice…read more This location is the largest and busiest one I have ever been to. I have rented cars from them several times just in the past two months, a couple rentals were one way to other locations. Their online reservation and check-in makes the process very easy. It is highly recommended that their online check-in is used prior to arrival since this will speed up the rental process at this busy location. They still have their pick up service, so if you need a ride, it is very convenient and a phone call away. Employees are very polite and efficient. They always seem to try to expedite everything so you can get into a rental car and proceed with your day. The cars are maintained and appear clean before they are sent out.

Fine, I got to the DMV and get my records and a driver license replacement again so I can have a temporary one, after spending $110 in Ubers in paperwork , they tell me know that they need a physical debit or credit card. I mentioned to them that I was traveling and I don't have either only digital and any money they need I can provide. Nope, you don't have a physical card forget about your rental. All employees talk like they could 2 f. If the business drowns, they don't show not 1 bit of effort for customer support. Each person I talked to in here did not care about anything I felt like I was talking to walls. The business could die tomorrow and they could care less needless to say, I got a rental through Turo. As fast as just searching what a wanted and paying for it. Please DO NOT GO HERE.
