When the need arose again for me to rent a vehicle, recently, I came back to this location and was not surprised that the level of service, knowledge, expertise and kindness was in grained into everyone that practically works there. Thank you, Zack for the warm greeting when I called in letting you folks know that I was running about 10 mins behind drop off time. Thank you, to Hassan with the welcoming back greeting and warmth that constantly flows through your every interaction. And last but not least thank you, Tristian for helping me through the return process and for adding onto the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Never would I have thought that in all my years I would be on google and yelp leaving comments about customer service like this lol but when I tell you this location truly hits different.... I truly mean everything that I have written and then some. It's rare to come across a professional and welcoming atmosphere that this location does with so much style and class I just had to write about it and share the good news. I spent years in client servicing and it is NOT easy dealing with people and their "ISMS' all day long. The staff seems to know how to handle "ISMs" very well. I was in there last week and the place was pretty crowded and it was HOT outside! When I walked in, the lobby felt calm. Nobody was in a bad mood. Eveyone looked calm. Now there were a few people that were a tiny bit ansy but thats to be expected because of the weather outside. But I attribute the energy in there to the staff. They were greeting everyone, checking on every one, and moving quickly but efficiently. I just wanted to say they are doing an amazing job and I really appreciate the service. They took great care of me again!

The residents of Vegas related that the batteries die quickly due to the extreme heat and I done see how that is my problem. I ended up wasting a day to find someone to help jump the vehicle. I returned the car the next day and come to find out that they only open for 5 hours a day and was closed when I arrived at 3pm. Once again, the car was dead, so I ended up turning it in. Called customer service and they stated they weren't going to charge me....come to find out, they charge me for 3 days for having the vehicle. Had to call back multiple times and had to explain myself 3 times per a call due to poor communication on there side. They also hung up on me twice and that was the last straw for me. I finally got through a person and they was going to forward my request to collections because they had already charge and closed my reservation. Now I have to wait 5 days to see if they even did there job properly. They even have the nerve to charge me 3 days for there crap car and was only going to refund me for 2 day with the car only been driven less than a mile. Never renting from them again. Checked back after 8 days and they still didn't refund me as they stated. Called customer service for the 9th time and they flat out didn't want to refund me and only offer a 50% credit...I would never rent from them ever and going to dispute this with my credit card company...so beware

The back seat didn't even look cleaned looked like someone had boxes in the back and left pieces of it scattered. This location is shady but it's the closest to me. And I desperately needed a rental. If you come here come later the manager will be there. If you come during the day it's a shady guy who's doesn't do walk a through and I had to ask for another car because the first car was scratched up some were marked and some weren't. But the day guy will make Avis charge you from damages even if you tell them. He will delete notes on your file. All the cars have some type of damage to them they don't clean them and I took a video of the first car he tried to give me. I had to take a second one too and I made sure the date was on them so he can't try and be shady again. HIPPA needs to pay this location a visit. They wouldn't pass! Oh and they give out cars with out gas and expect You to still return it full. Protect yourself if your forced to use them!!!

Everyone else besides the airport had no cars available and this location was easier to get to. Booked a Kia 4. Upon arriving to the store there was no line at all. Can't remember the woman I spoke to (blonde) was very nice and made picking up the care very easy and quick. She notified me the Kia 4 was not available but will put me in a Jeep Compass, no big deal,thats fine with me.I was in and out within 10mins. Car was decent, clean. Upon returning the car, it was a little slower but not bad, took maybe 20 min, but thats because there were already 3 customers ahead of me, I was not in a rush so no big deal. Overall I had a good positive experience at this location. Will probably be coming back to this location in the future as everyone was nice and this location is very convenient. The Craig Road location, where we originally booked, helped track down that the car had been sent to the Skypoint location for cleaning. When I called and spoke with Edward at this location, he was incredibly helpful and took the time to personally check the vehicle for my belongings. Thankfully, he was able to find my ID and help coordinate everything for pickup! What could have been a really stressful end to the trip ended up being much smoother thanks to his help, and I was able to fly home without any issues. Considering how last-minute everything was, the pricing was still pretty reasonable, especially with the full coverage plan included. When we picked up the car, the staff member helping us was super friendly and got us on the road quickly. When we returned the car on Sunday, I realized after handing over the keys that my ID and hotel key card had slipped out of my pocket and fallen into the crevice of the passenger seat. Unfortunately, the office was already closed, so there wasn't much we could do until the next business day. (I ended up buying a temporary ID just to get into the last day of the festival -- long story for another time lol) The next morning, I called the office and Travis was incredibly helpful. He took the time to track down the vehicle and was kind and understanding throughout the entire process. He found out the car had already been sent to a different location for cleaning and provided me with the contact information so I could continue coordinating from there.

The Budget representative tried to up sale me everything he could and would not take no for an answer. Exhausted from a very long day, I finally agreed to extra insurance just to get the car. When the Budget representative realized he screwed up because the reservation was guaranteed through Costco, he completely changed everything without telling me and gave me a Chrysler Pacifica Minivan for the $200 extra he was charging me for the extra insurance. After all this it took another hour to get the vehicle. I will NEVER rent from Budget again.
