After returning our rental on Sunday, I realized I had accidentally dropped my hotel key card and ID somewhere inside the vehicle and didn't notice until after I had already turned in the keys. The Craig Road location, where we originally booked, helped track down that the car had been sent to the Skypoint location for cleaning. When I called and spoke with Edward at this location, he was incredibly helpful and took the time to personally check the vehicle for my belongings. Thankfully, he was able to find my ID and help coordinate everything for pickup! What could have been a really stressful end to the trip ended up being much smoother thanks to his help, and I was able to fly home without any issues. This is hands down the WORST rental car location I have ever had to deal with. The unprofessionalism, the illegal activities, the rudeness of employees, the lies and scams, everything. I set up a rental reservation for a Full Size SUV (seats 7). Now, it is important to note that a Full Size SUV is classed and priced differently than Enterprise's Full Size LUXURY SUV. *Links and pictures provided below to show the difference between vehicle classes and what I reserved.* Before reserving, I ensured that a Visa Debit Card can be used to for this reservation, which, it can be as I reserved the regular Full Size SUV and NOT the luxury. *Links and pictures from Enterprise showing that a visa debit card CAN be used and the requirements of using one.* On Wednesday, June 3rd just after 5pm, I arrived at enterprise with my family to pick up our vehicle. At first, there were no problems. We were promptly helped and brought outside to see the vehicle within a few minutes of arriving. Ash, the short girl with the dirty brown, white, and red braids that hung below her buttocks, who was wearing a pair of black RayBan Meta glasses, was who we had the displeasure of dealing with. Outside, she pulls up a Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Go through the process, she starts asking for payment, so we get her our physical card. Now, this is where Ash decided to start on her attitude. After taking our visa debit card and drivers license, **WHILE WEARING HER CAMERA, VIDEO RECORDING RAYBAN META GLASSES**, she then informs us that a visa debit card was not accepted and we could only use credit. False. According to enterprise website, a visa debit card CAN be used for a Full Size SUV. She then informs us that because it's a luxury SUV, a visa debit card cannot be used. Okay great, then give us the regular Full Size SUV, like we reserved, instead of the luxury. She informed us she could not do that and that she did not have any full size suv's. So, not sure why we RESERVED this vehicle just for it to not even be there, just for this girl to pull a MORE EXPENSIVE CAR, and CHARGE US MORE for a vehicle we did not ask for or reserve, instead of just giving us the vehicle we reserved. We go back inside the building so she can see if she has any other vehicles to give us. Walking in, she immediately walked behind the desk to her bald, male coworker. She let him know what was going on. She then said "we are going to say manager said. Okay?" To which he responded "yep! Manager said, I was your witness!" As he proceeded to follow her out to the main area and stare at me with his arms crossed over his chest in attempt to intimidate. She then sticks us in a Chrysler Pacifica Mini Van. This was the WORST car I've ever had to sit in and drive. With that, she did NOT even do a walk around the car with us, she did NOT go over any paperwork or contracts, or anything for this new lower classed vehicle. When I asked for her name, she informed me that it was "Susie" and walked away. We were later informed of her real name provided by her manager. **Pictures of her face provided below since she likes to lie.** When we went back to return the vehicle, my husband spoke with manager Haroun Koroma. He did speak to Haroun about how unprofessional and rude Ash/"Susie" was during our rental pickup. Haroun did give us 1 free day off our rental price, and also gave a voucher for a future free upgrade and 10% off of any future rental. However, that is simply not good enough for what Ash did, the way she spoke to customers, and the downright awful experience this was. Now, let's get back to the BIGGEST issue here. Miss Ash/"Susie" is wearing a pair of camera, video recording glasses (RayBan Meta glasses) while she is taking people's debit/credit cards and their drivers licenses. **I have included pictures of Ash/"Susie" below to show her wearing her RayBan Meta's while working.** In case yall are not aware, this is ILLEGAL and is capturing sensitive personally identifiable information (PII). Nevada NRS § 205.760 prohibits credit or debit card fraud, including the possession of another person's credit or debit card without consent. Doing so results in being prosecuted as a category D felony, punishable by 1-4 years in prison and up to $5,000 in fines. Needed a one way rental so I made the reservations well in advance (over a month) and when I showed up they did not have the mini van I requested. The did give me a SUV that I could make work, but I was pretty disappointed they did not have the van, nor did I get any call earlier to let me know. Pretty much I was stuck with taking an alternate vehicle. Additionally, the vehicle was only 3/4 full which was fine but make it kind of confusing for turn in since they expected it to be full (I filled it full just to avoid any confusion). Staff did apologize and worked with me for another vehicle. I thought they should of given me a discound on the Lost Damage Wavier Insurance I purchased. Rented a car from Caesars in Vegas and drove to San Diego. Got paid gas option. When i got tot the car, found the gas was less than 1/2 a tank. I immediately called (wasnt walking all the way back through the hotel) and took a pic of my watch and gas gauge to make sure there were no shenanigans. Guy on the phone assured me i would be refunded. Dropped off car and found charge still there. Told guy at airport and he assured me the charge would be take off. Got home. Charge still there. Called again. Spent 40 mins explaining on the phone. They assured me someone would be contacting me to correct the problem. A week later, still nothing. Called again. Still nothing. Called again and went through the same crap. This time they even gave me a case #. Still nothing. So i've wasted a few hours of my life and gotten really pissed off several times now for $15. All from a company, up until this point i would use for ALL of my rental cars (and i rent a lot over the years). I had a full size vehicle booked, but they ran out and it's been 4 days and they still have no full size vehicles. The car doesn't seem safe to drive and when I asked if there's any other vehicle, they had plenty of SUV's. They told me the promotion included economy cars, and when I pulled up my reservation to show it was a compact or larger,they told me a Mirage was a compact car, and they had no smaller class than that at enterprise. The manager offered repeatedly to "get me a deal" by offering to charge me only $30/day to "upgrade" me to a Corolla, which is the size I had already reserved. The car I was given was the singular most unpleasant, featureless, underpowered car I have ever driven, and was consierably too small for our use. I was sent here for a loaner for my broken GM truck. They lent me another GM truck. 4 days later, less than 60 miles, the loaner truck threw a check engine light. I texted their number as they requested and got no response. I called explained the situation and asked for a replacement loaner. My time was tight so I asked if it was ready so I could get going. They placed me on hold for 3 minutes and came back and assured me it would be ready. Unfortunately I'm sitting in their waiting room because of course it wasn't ready at all. They had not done anything after my call to make it ready in anyway. What was the point of placing me on hold? This place is basically an unsupervised insane asylum, with the inmates running the asylum. There is no organization and no manager structuring and telling their employees what to do. On November 24, 2025, I proceeded to the Enterprise Car Rental on 5750 Sky Point, Las Vegas. I arrived at 4:50 pm to retrieve my reserved upgrade vehicle. Upon enter the building, I approached the front counter and contacted a Rosie Delrosario. After a answering a few questions and extending my driver license and credit card, Ms. Delrosario stated she believe the car was in back and stated to have seat and said she would get right back to me. After remaining seated for approximately 25 minutes and watching several customers helped and escorted to their perspective vehicles, I rose from my seat to ask Ms. Delrosario the status of my vehicle. She stated that she had told another associate to check on the vehicle and that was about it. I advised Ms. Delrosario that I had been waiting over 20 minutes for a vehicle and would like to know when my vehicle would be ready. Unfortunately, at this point Ms. Delrosario became agitated and said in an angry voice, " Well if you're going to be rude and disrespectful, then I just won't rent to you! I stated that I was asking a basic question and seeking answers to when my vehicle will be ready? Ms. Delrosario response, "That's it, I am not renting to you today!" Obviously, I was shocked and in disbelief, and I advised Delrosario of potential legal action if she continue to conduct herself in this way. Delrosario responded by saying, "Look it's the holidays and its late let's all forget about it and if you want your vehicle its outside waiting for you! In retrospect, I can honestly say that I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a car rental facility. And to consider that Ms. Delrosario attempted to leverage her authority with a "threat of not being able to rent from your organization" is utterly preposterous and clearly reprehensible behavior. It is rare when I take the time to complain but, on this occasion, I find it necessary due to the fact that this behavior does not define good customer service or professional management but the latter. I was in Las Vegas a couple of weeks ago. On my drive there from Phoenix, my car overheated several times. I took the car into a Las Vegas dealership to get it checked out. They arranged a car rental for me through Enterprise. Ann from Enterprise picked me up from the dealership to take me to her office location at Skye Pointe. She was very personable and empathetic with my situation. The staff at the office were very friendly and efficient. I was in my rental car within minutes. I was planning on renting the car for a week, driving it back to Phoenix after finishing my visit to Las Vegas, then driving back to pick it up the next weekend. However, the dealership finished with my car the Friday that I brought it in, so I was able to return the rental car then next day. Enterprise easily returned the amount I paid for the week and only charged me for the day that I had the car. I also had the pleasure of being taken back to my car at the dealership by Ann. I don't usually say bad things about businesses.... had a YELP account for years and have never posted anything bad until now. whatever you do, do NOT come here. But these people will trick you and price gouge you. They will ask if you want a particular protection plan and even if you said no, they will charge you hundreds of dollars. I said no to all the protection plans and then I was told that I was being charged hundred of dollars because of this protection plan. Apparently there are four different types of "protection" they cover. SO even if you say "no" to one, they include one or two in your receipt. I called and told them that I did not ask for this. They said "sorry you signed it" and "how did you not know?" I have great insurance AND I said no to their insurance, but they still included it. He took the initiative to contact my insurance company to ensure that my rental would be paid for. If I'm ever in need of a rental car I choose Enterprise. A few years ago some debris hit my car while on the freeway and my insurance got me a rental car through Enterprise. That day they won me over. The whole process was so easy and the quality of vehicles has always been pristine. I've gotten Jeeps, Cadillacs, Chevrolets and Toyotas from here and have never had a problem. Even if my needs are short - like a short trip to the Grand Canyon where I only needed the car for a day - these guys and ladies have always exceeded my expectations with their friendly service and their expansive fleet. One plus to renting from them is that you have the option of buying gasoline at a discounted price before you return it. So if I'm next to empty I can just bring it in and be charged that discounted price per gallon versus paying full price, sometimes a dollar more per gallon, at a gas station. I've rented from other places where you're not guaranteed the type of vehicle you've reserved and are stuck with lower end models that still smell like smoke. No way! The prices here are competitive and definitely worth looking into. They also offer discounts through my union, so I save a few bucks when I do rent. read more

My experience was excellent and great customer service and communication. I needed a rental car due to mines being in the shop for repairs.

Customer service was fantastic, greeted me once I walked in. Got me checked in super quickly provided me with a lower rate and bigger vehicle for the Inconvenience of having to come to this location. Previously I had made reservations for N. Rancho Drive location. Quick note I'm a regular renter monthly and I am on the Silver Tier with the Plus Program. So overall I spend a lot of $$$$ with Enterprise yearly. When I first moved out here I was going to Craig's location and from the very beginning the employees there are just horribly rude even the manager. I mentioned to her the issues and requested to speak to her boss and never received a phone call I even left a voicemail to someone in that time frame and never had anyone reach out. So cut my losses and went to N. Rancho location service was better the first two times. One customer just walked I front of me to be helped while I was in line and the employee apologized to me but did proceed helping that guy first. Ok big deal let it go, the third visit I set my reservation pick up at 5pm I never got a call day before for confirmation or to let me know they would be closing earlier. I got there right at 5pm it was closed guy walks out and said we are closed I told him I had a pick up at 5 I'm there at 5 and he just kept saying we are closed. If you close even at 4:59 then there should be no reservation options to pick up at 5 if your going to shut doors at 5 and in their case before 5pm. Than proceed to be rude to me and say we are closed. Unprofessional I Immediately call customer service explain what I was going through with Rancho Dr and my reservations. I asked to speak to GM or to someone to report this location for not confirming and closing earlier. Moral of that I couldn't proceed with my plans going out of state that I had planned over a month. Because all other locations were closing at 5:30pm and because I couldn't get any valid information from the employee I had no chance finding another location. I was told that the two people I spoke to would email the manager to Rancho location well guess what yet again no reply back. I made reservations again for April 2022 I called days before to confirm that they will be open at 4:30pm even though there is an option to pick up at 5pm. Guy says, "yes we will be open at 4:30pm, but your reservation is cancelled from this location. You have to pick up cargo van at different location. So you see again I would have went there at 4:30pm to pick up my rental I made a month ago for them to tell me that they don't carry cargo vans for rental here at this location any longer. So I would be yet again without a rental because they never called to inform me the changes. I mean seriously unprofessional at both locations, and I never get to speak to anyone! I should be more than compensated because I have been screwed over, treated rudely even when I was polite to the employees. This location was good to me this time and moving forward I will be making reservations here. I pray that I don't have any issues at this location because I will not be doing anymore business with enterprise if I keep getting bad customer service and filthy vehicles. By the way I run my own business I am professional, and don't complain over petty issues. I just want to be treated the way I treat others and find solutions. We rented a vehicle on Oct 11 to be returned Oct 16th. Unfortunately, when I picked up the car not all the drivers were present. Niki, Assistant Mgr, said we could to into any Enterprise location to have drivers added. On Friday, Oct 13, we went to the Alburquerque Airport Enterprise to add 2 drivers. Despite my showing proof that my reservation showed there should be no charges for additional drivers, there was a charge on my final bill. On Sunday, Oct 15th, the vehicle had transmission issues outside of Gallup, NM. The vehicle had intermittent issues with the backup camera, as well. We tried to contact this branch, they were closed. Our call routed thru to Roadside Assistance, which we paid extra for. Roadside Assistance was unable to offer help, other than waiting 4-6 hours and maybe they would come. We explained that 2 of us needed to be back in Las Vegas for work on Monday. They did not offer any options that would work. We were able to limp the car back to Las Vegas. It was VERY stressful trip back, but thankfully we made it. We waited to return the car so someone would be there for us to talk too. We spoke with Niki, Assistant Mgr, at the location who was empathetic to what had happened, but did not commit to anything. Then I spoke with the local manager, Eric. He was not as cooperative and empathetic. When I got the final bill, it was not what Eric said it would be, and I was charged for additional drivers. Insurance paid for my rental, but they changed the rate and are expecting me to pay the difference when they never told me about the rate change. The location is great and convenient for locals. Clean, and there is room in the lobby so you don't feel like you're crammed in there. My service person was Colleene. She was helpful with getting me taken care of and made sure that I was satisfied with everything before I left. Even with some the new processes they have, she took the time to explain and resolve some of the issues. I recommend this location for any car rental needs you may have while in Vegas. And, hopefully you are lucky enough to get Colleene as your service person, you won't be disappointed. read more

I rented a car for a long weekend, four days. I placed my reservation online (10 days before pickup) with a corporate discount code from my employer. Reservation was for 9:30, we showed up a few minutes early to fill paperwork out and pay. They said they had the reservation but they'd have to charge for full retail because they didn't have a "day rate discount." Luckily I printed out my quote that had the day cost plus total. The car still needs to be prepped. 9:40 comes and goes, so does 9:50. Finally a little after 10 the car is ready. It's hot out and the representative helping us had us fill out our paperwork, and give insurance information on the blacktop while it's 90+ degrees. Eek. Finally around 10:30 we're pulling out for a reservation set for 9:30. The car was nice and treated us very well the four days we had it. I just wish the service was more prompt. I reserved through the airport location first and was told they were already booked out of all SUV's and I should go to this location instead, I spoke with Sam and she guaranteed me a 4x4 from tis location instead so I booked. When I arrived I was told that the McCarran Airport location wasn't even at 65% occupied and that sam had mislead me, that they in fact can never guarantee 4x4 or any booking, so they indeed did not have anything available, but the agent called a location near by and sent me there to switch out the truck for a 4x4.., it was one of the smoothest rentals and process ever! I highly recommend coming to this location, where associates go above and beyond to assist customers instead of just turning them away. read more
