3 weeks ago I rented from this location and had such a great customer service experience from the pick up to the drop off. People like Hassan, Zack and I think his name is Jim, who drives the shuttle, just exemplified top notch genuine customer service. When the need arose again for me to rent a vehicle, recently, I came back to this location and was not surprised that the level of service, knowledge, expertise and kindness was in grained into everyone that practically works there. Thank you, Zack for the warm greeting when I called in letting you folks know that I was running about 10 mins behind drop off time. Thank you, to Hassan with the welcoming back greeting and warmth that constantly flows through your every interaction. And last but not least thank you, Tristian for helping me through the return process and for adding onto the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Never would I have thought that in all my years I would be on google and yelp leaving comments about customer service like this lol but when I tell you this location truly hits different.... I truly mean everything that I have written and then some. It's rare to come across a professional and welcoming atmosphere that this location does with so much style and class I just had to write about it and share the good news. This Enterprise is my go to location. First, because it's conveniently near my home and second, the few times I have rented from them the Client Service is always top tier, TO ME! I spent years in client servicing and it is NOT easy dealing with people and their "ISMS' all day long. The staff seems to know how to handle "ISMs" very well. I was in there last week and the place was pretty crowded and it was HOT outside! When I walked in, the lobby felt calm. Nobody was in a bad mood. Eveyone looked calm. Now there were a few people that were a tiny bit ansy but thats to be expected because of the weather outside. But I attribute the energy in there to the staff. They were greeting everyone, checking on every one, and moving quickly but efficiently. I just wanted to say they are doing an amazing job and I really appreciate the service. Mister, Kevin, and the very tall gentleman handled everything like pros--even when dealing with a few colorful customers, they kept it cool and professional. I was in a minor accident that put my car in the collision center for about 3 weeks. This rental car agency was available through my insurance agency, so I decided to go with them. I was very hesitant; I was already in a situation I didn't want to be in, and I had never rented a car before. Everyone at this location was kind, professional, and quick. I had to call several times to extend my rental, and each time was an easy experience. The car was in great condition and very clean. We had and in prompt drive to So cal to celebrate my Brothers 60th Birthday. I swear this was the most seamless rental. Got there got the vehicle and we hit the road. The customer service there was extremely wonderful. This place will be seeing us the next time we rent. I love the fact that we got back in the middle of the night and were able to drop the car off in a secure location as well as the keys. My wife left her house keys in the vehicle and we were able to come and get them back with no problem. Jay the attendant there is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and its features. If you are to rent there ask for Jay she will take care of you and she will answers you questions and address your concerns. read more

I rented a car from Enterprise through my insurance because it was close to the repair shop, and it went ok. They picked me up from the body shop and the driver mentioned that they were low on cars. We arrived and I checked in with the woman at the counter. From there I waited about 35 mins before being called up for my vehicle. The vehicle itself was relatively clean, but the interior and carpets were a bit torn up. I also ended up with an SUV as opposed to the full size I reserved. At least I got a car, but it cost me a bit more in gas. The employees were very nice and professional. Very good customer service. read more

This is the worst car rental place consistently. They have no standards. They don't care about anything but what they want or need for their company. The last four or five times I've gotten a cars from them. They were dirty & looked like someone washed them with a stick if they were washed at all. All kinds of stuff wrong with them mechanically or electronically. The gas is never full like it used to be When you would rent from them. Only half a tank or 3/4 of a tank. How hard is it to fill up the gas before handing it off to somebody? You want you're vehicle completely topped off and ready for for your trip or whatever you're going to do when you rent it. Common sense ! You want your vehicle to be a 100% without issues or problems a full tank of gas, completely maintenanced & ready to go. The only time we actually got a car that was decent in the in the last few times of rental and we were content with. The manager made sure to take the good situation and turn it to a bad one. He called us and told us we needed to bring it in because he had to have the oil changed in it. He wanted to rent it to someone else that he could get more money out of. We know because the office manager made the mistake of talking to someone in the office About what he was trying to do while he was calling us and the call connected sooner than he was aware of. So we heard exactly what he was trying to do. Talk about as Janky as you can possibly get. These guys are unbelievable. They'll go out of the way to take a possibly good situation and make sure it's bad all the way around for you. I think you'd be better off to going to Tijuana for a rental before doing business with these guys . As you can tell we have had our fill with this business . How they still have their doors open is beyond us. They have the nerve to ask how our rental's were each time we return them and when we explained what each situation brought us, they gave a an insincere apology and then did absolutely nothing to make it right. read more

I finally have received exceptional customer service as for the last 6 months that I have rented from the Craig's location have had nothing but horrible service from the employees to the cars being filthy each time I've rented. As for this location customer service was friendly and professional, I called and changed the pick up time and that was an easy switch. Once I arrived someone had cut in front of me and the gentleman helping customers out acknowledged what had happened and offered his apology. It was a breeze picking up the rental, did the actual walk around together, the interior was clean and there was no awful scent like my previous rentals. Overall, I am pleased with the customer service and quality of rental. If your located in North Las Vegas I highly recommend this location over the Craig's location. read more

Update after 5 months, the accidents was settled and as expected, we won the case in the arbitration to get 100% claim and not responsible for the accident - the other insurance was only trying to cover 70% of the repair saying my son was also partly responsible. But the truth prevailed. Finally Rental Enterprise sent my son a check for the $1000 deductible he was asked to provide at the time of the accident. It took a long time for the case to be settled but at least we got a full refund which was taken care of Matt who originally was on my previous review. read more

Let me start by saying this is the worst experience I've ever had. This Enterprise is so unprofessional and disgusting, in 40 days I went through 3 cars. The 1st one smelled so bad like a weed dispensary I returned it within 24 hours, would've been right away but they had nothing else available, the 2nd car had a crack in the windshield that looked like it was spreading after a few days in this Vegas heat, then the 3rd car I was given was so disgusting and filthy, when I wiped the steering wheel with a wipe they provided it literally was black. At this point I was so fed up I just kept the car til my car was repaired. I will NEVER go to Enterprise again for a rental especially this location. They deserve 0 stars. read more

Absolutely do not recommend renting with them. We showed up to pick up our car rental which was paid for and rented weeks before out trip, only to wait for an hour and then for them to tell us they no longer had vehicles and we had to wait until they transported more vehicle from another location. We ended up waiting for another hour without any updates. We were really disappointed with this service, as it was poorly organized and there were several people waiting. It's outrageous that they will allow you to pay and rent a vehicle without being certain there will be one available for you, so unorganized and chaotic. read more

I have been renting cars from this location for the past 3 year & suddenly this new so called ""Manager"" Jaylyn Ridgeway decided to refused to rent me a car, according to her - because she wanted to see more proof of my address, even though I had with the exact same documents they always request (2 utility Bills). Rented car through insurance. 1st car alignment was so bad at 70 mph it shook so hard felt like my insides were going to jiggle out and pulled to the right. Not safe Then I get a car that was obviously just brought back not cleaned or disinfected. I used the last 2 clorox wipes they have in the car for you. Both were filthy brown just from wiping the steering wheel, shift and arm rest. And smelt bad like old coffee. I brought it back and was greeted rudly by a Matt. He definitely should not be in customer service. When I rented the first car he was rude to another customer. Finally someone else helped and they took the car to be disinfected....I mean it says they disinfect every car top to bottom in their radio advertisements. Why be rude. If i could give this location 0 stars i totally would. I had a reservation at 6:00pm & I show up right at 6 & they told me that their computer is " shut down" and that their door was suppose to be locked because they're closed. I HAD A RESERVATION AT 6PM! Why are you giving me option to pick up at 6pm if you're closing?! This is what i call lazy employees. I unfortunately didn't catch their name but they were nice enough to tell me to go to the airport location OR come back at 8am in the morning & said sorry for the inconvenience! How the hell are you apologizing to me? You're telling me to go somewhere else just so you can leave on time! That's awful, i work for customer service and i know when my employees wants to leave right at close!!!!!! They were nice enough to hold the door on my way out telling me " sorry guys, try airport glad i can help" what the fuck did you help me with?!?!!!!! Disappointed in this location at all costs. Rented a vehicle from a smaller lot and was not happy with the vehicle yet they had nothing to swap me out in at the moment and advised I could go to any other location thst has a Full Size SUV in stock. Advised to make a new reservation so my vehicle would not be rented to someone else. So after 5 days of calling and waiting around I found a location that did and made my reservation. Upon trying to swap my vehicle out for a new one I was told "they didn't have a vehicle" yet they had a vehicle if I wanted to close out my first car by taking it back to the first place and then getting a new contract with them? Then when I advised to just do as such, they all of a sudden didn't have ANY vehicles available. Customer service guy Ryan was under-trained and I'll informed. He basically took the blunt of my backlash as two "supposedly managers" advised they couldn't help me and to go back to my original location. I guess in a pandemic you get/hire whatever comes around because they had poor customer service and bad training. Definitely won't go to this location ever again! read more

This location is chaotic as hell. But the staff is so great here. They work well together, and that's so important in fast paced environment. I've been in car rental companies where they do not handle stress well, they're rude and lack empathy. This team is happy, present and empathetic to all customers and they do it with a smile and grace. I rented a car from this location for five (5) weeks. I had the opportunity to meet the Manager Zair. Very respectful, easygoing, and easy to communicate with. There were a couple of challenges at the beginning but Zair has outstanding, and effective customer resolution skills. Zair never accused me of anything, he listened, apologized, empathized, and provided a satisfactory resolution. Everything you expect from a Manager of an establishment. Kudos to Lauren Benfied for having such a great manager at this location. It would benefit a lot of other location managers to be trained by Zair. Despite having come through challenges, and I was very upset at one point, Zair turned that negative experience into a positive one. Zair would make a great branch manager as he leads by example. I am a hard critic. I don't believe we should have to earn basic customer service but basic customer service should be a requirement to provide to customers/consumers to purchase your products/services. I remind members of my community that we DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! There are too many direct competitors to choose from that will provide basic customer service. At rare times, it may cost you a few extra dollars but for good customer service, I would gladly pay a little extra for no hassle, no rude employees, and employees who lack the understanding of how to execute basic customer service. No line, or organization. For a very busy local, you would think they would have have a system down. Guests just walking in and people up to the counter and being assisted. People waiting around standing sitting. Craziness. I hope they eventually find a better way to assist guests. If I wasn't pick up and drop off I would have left and found a different location. When I say this 5 star review was deserved, I mean this from the bottom of my heart. Me & my girlfriend are both employees @ vivint & we have to travel for work. Not only that us getting our rental was so crucial because I had to pick up a friend & drive from vegas to Beaumont Texas because his vehicle was inoperable. When I say I was going through hell & back before I stopped by to pick up this rental I was spending my last dollars to help my friends get to the location I needed them to be to make money & work... with that being said the price we expected was a lot more than we could afford do to a one way drop off. Not to mention the store location was about to close so with all the stress I had was through the roof to insure we got this vehicle on a last min notice. The whole enterprise team was unexpectedly listening to me stress on the phone to my co workers about the situation. Jordan, Conner, Matt, Jay, & Zak really did the most humane thing & blessed us by giving us a an amazing discount just so I didn't have to go through even more than what I already was. Lol I'm Ngl I cried because I know they didn't know my whole story but the sincerity everyone had at the branch location was genuinely awesome. Beware. This people are scammers. They will try to get money on you guys and try to blame you for the damages on the car that already been there when they handed you the car. I rented a car there from my insurance for 2days. While im waiting for the other insurance to provide me one. I only use the car to go to work for 1 day. The car been sitting in the garage the whole time i have the car. When i return the car they said there is a dent on the roof top on the car."Which is not noticable unless you look closely and pay attention to it" And i was like what? Huh? First of all when they handed me the car they only walk me around the front, side and back of the car. "Which is the typical spots that can be hit or what when u drove it" Didnt even show me the trunk or inside the car. And who look on the roof top of the car? Unless theres something there that really obvious. So yah they blame it on me. They took out 500$ right away as in right away on my bank account. They Didnt care at all. If you can go somewhere else like hertz or what. Just go there. Dont go with this company. Very bad experience. Not impressed. Picked up a rental today which was supposedly reserved for 11am pickup (I came in at 11:45am) and turns out they never received my reservation. I waited for 30 minutes and received a 2015 VW Jetta... Which was fine. Except then I started the vehicle and the tire maintenance light was on. When I proceeded to tell the representative (Allen) he simply said 'we check our tires, that's a big thing for us'. Sooo... Why the maintenance light? They didn't offer me another vehicle as they 'didn't have any' and then told me to go to another location if I didn't feel comfortable and switch for another vehicle. I'm sorry, but would it have been too hard just to check the air pressure? Yes, it was closing time for them... But if you are putting a customer in a vehicle, shouldn't you make 100% sure that it is safe for the customer with all the maintenance and services performed? read more

I had to use this company due to a recent accident I had. The whole entire team is welcoming and professional. Ryan M. And Vanessa W. went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was taken care of properly. They are knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. Ryan made sure to inform me of the bells and whistles to the vehicle before I left which made driving the vehicle easier for me.
