When I got there the Manager said all he had was an electric car but if I wanted to pay $19 more a day he could fix me up. He had plenty of other cars on the lot. I asked if the electric car was fully charged and he said he didn't have any idea. He couldn't have been any less heloful. Customer service was terrible. I said I wanted to cancel the rental. He told me I had to handle it through Priceline. Before leaving I called Priceline and explained the situation. They couldn't have been nicer.....there would be no charge. I drove up Scottsdale Rd and the people at Enterprise were so nice and helpful.

After 3 hours we decided to go to the location to see if she could get her reservation. The man working at the location was visibly annoyed and frustrated with dealing with any customers. When we got our chance to speak with him he prefaced the conversation by stating that they prefer customers to not be present in the waiting area while they are working on fulfilling rental requests because they don't like dealing with customers facial expressions and scoffs when their expectations aren't met. We canceled the reservation and went with a company who doesn't treat you as an inconvenience.

Sintia was a well-oiled, one-woman show last Thursday morning a few minutes before 8am. She was pleasant to every customer and was efficient and worked with urgency without seeming rushed. She went over the details of my rental and did a nice walk around of the vehicle before sending me on my way. When I returned the vehicle yesterday, I had to drop the key with a quick explanation of my hurry to leave and she understood and acknowledged my return. Andrew assisted me when I picked up the rental car, and he was absolutely wonderful. I don't rent cars often, my husband used to handle that for us. (but since his passing, I've had to learn the process myself). Andrew was patient, kind, and walked me through every step. He set me up with a brand new 2025 model that was easy to operate and a pleasure to drive. After about 10 days, I returned the car and was pleasantly surprised to get Andrew again. He remembered me, greeted me warmly, and made the return just as easy as the pickup.
