Unfortunately the first vehicle had a flat tire within the first week so we had to take it back to a nearby enterprise location which was the one on Hayden Road. Because of the inconvenience the manager kindly told us not to worry about the fuel charge. However when we got our receipt today ( Agreement # 4DR7NB) there was a fuel charge of $87.72. We would like to regard this as a mistake and request that this charge be dropped and returned asap before we begin to change our mind about Enterprise. Thank you for your attention and help!

I can't even begin to imagine how unfortunate it would be if someone had an accident or needed emergency service while renting a car and couldn't get ahold of the company. After 3 hours we decided to go to the location to see if she could get her reservation. The man working at the location was visibly annoyed and frustrated with dealing with any customers. When we got our chance to speak with him he prefaced the conversation by stating that they prefer customers to not be present in the waiting area while they are working on fulfilling rental requests because they don't like dealing with customers facial expressions and scoffs when their expectations aren't met. We canceled the reservation and went with a company who doesn't treat you as an inconvenience.

He actually said "if you cancel, Budget will keep all of your money" Telling me there would be no chance of a refund on a two week rental if I canceled it. Called budget and they canceled the reservation and did a refund. The guy was more worried about me falling for his upselling bullshit than he was about having a customer. I'll never use them again.

They did not have the car I requested and the Jeep SUV offered to me was not acceptable. I would not be comfortable driving a SUV. I was told they had no other cars and I could possibly wait for another car to be returned...unfortunately I did not get the man's name..he was an older guy with black hair. My nephew went to ask if another auto was available at another location and he was rudely told I'm speaking only to Margaret since the reservation is in her name. I asked if he could call another location to see if a similar car was available and he said he didn't know any phone numbers. In the meantime my nephew got in touch with customer service and they directed him to your Doubletree Resort on Scottsdale Road who had a car available. Joshua couldn't have been nicer. We were treated courteously and were on our way within 20 minutes. When your representative found out my nephew called customer service he said he wanted nothing to do with it and you can just handle it yourselves. This was my first time even renting a car. Next time I will think twice about renting from Budget. I think that customer service was terrible and confirmed auto reservations should be honored. If nothing is available I think your representative should do all he can to locate a vehicle for us and not leave us to find one on our own.
