They had me in hooked up and on the road and maybe 15 minutes. They make returning just as easy. And if they are closed already they have spots out front for after hours return. I'd be happy to use this location again it was quiet easy to get in and out of and I took care of me quickly.

After that, he sticks his personal cell phone in my face to take a picture without warning or explanation. I wasn't even looking toward him. Then he uses his personal cell phone to take a picture of my drivers license. I say that's incredibly rude and demand answers as to what's going on. He claimed it's an app and shows me the computer to show me it's connected. Then the guy next to him, I assume some sort manager yells at me and screams they are getting the pictures one way or the other and points to a sign. I explain that I haven't agreed to do business with them yet and they have no right to take a picture especially of my license on personal devices. The use of personal devices is disgusting. Who knows what's getting stored on their phones. Although I do have reservation about pictures I understand why they want too. They need to be done on company own devices.

The store was easy to find, clean and bright! I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency driving the truck but a simple phone call was all it took to add my father as a driver so that he could take the truck back to Palm Bay overnight. It was a huge help to have that taken care of so I didn't have to worry about the truck. Excellent, caring service!

I…read morereserved a trailer online, selected both the pick up and drop off locations as well as pre-paid for the rental for express pick-up at 4 pm. I received a call the day before from a woman confirming the rental and changing my pick-up location due to the unavailability of my selected size at the one I chose. I had no issues with the change. I arrived at the place, which was hard to find since it just recently changed hands. It used to be an Acorn storage facility. I was about 10 minutes early, there was an open sign on the door plus another sign saying manager on grounds use courtesy phone. There was a call box next to the door so I pressed the button. The call went to a main U-Haul customer service number and the representative told me she would try and get hold of the manager to let her know I was waiting. 4 o'clock came and went, another customer joined me in the hot sun wondering when someone would show up. I used the call box again and this time the rep gave me the phone number of the manager. I called numerous times over the next 20 minutes, she never picked up and it went to the general voice mail of the place. She finally opened the door at 4:25 pm while talking on the phone, discussing an overdue storage unit fee. She continued to chat with this person for another 5 minutes while not making eye contact with either myself or the other customer. Finally she plopped down and waited on us. I said we'd been waiting for a half hour past my appointment time. She gave me a blank stare and asked me my last name. I asked her if she cared if we'd been waiting or was going to apologize. She said it will take even longer if I keep talking. At that point I was furious. I told her to expect a bad review so here it is. If you want to pick up or drop off your rental from a reliable location with a manager who is professional I would avoid this location.
