He suggested a white pearl color instead of repainting it red. What? I thought the most practical thing would be to repaint the same color but we trusted Spike every step of the way. The initial quote increased but that was because of the premium paint that I chose and some other issues. We still feel that what we paid was worth every penny. Spike is a perfectionist. Everyone I talked to was exceptionally helpful and polite, and kept in good communication over the phone. I went in to get an estimate for the repair of my car which was in an accident, and the owner walked me through the process to get by rebuilt: salvageable title to being road legal again. Ultimately there wasn't a cost effective way to repair the vehicle, but we were able to find another solution. I was able to purchase a vehicle that had been previously traded in to them, and I got an honest deal. Everything was finalized quickly, and I test drove, signed for, and then left with the vehicle all in the same day. Given the chance I would work with them again.

I took my vehicle to Classic Collision for an insurance repair. While it was there I asked for a separate quote to repair two other issues not related to the accident. Instead of giving me a quote they claimed it was all covered because they needed to "blend" the accident repair in. I went to pick up my vehicle and one of the panels they "blended" in had what appeared to be a dog hair encrusted in the paint and the other area I offered to pay to repair was just painted over with no buffing whatsoever making the issue worse because it is now shinny, bumpy, and way more obvious. Fast forward to "completion", they now want over $500 to correct something they made 10 times worse. I will never return to this place.
