Due to the logistics (being 2 days drive away) the bike had accrued fees totaling more than 50% the cost of the bike. I asked if they could negotiate the fees down to make it feasible to drive down there and get the bike, and instead they hung up on me, after telling me that they just wanted to off the bike for as much profit as possible. He got the mangled car on the flatbed (at a crazy wonky angle) in the most impressive manner and then told us awesome stories about the area while we settled in for our 30 minute drive to beautiful Weaverville. When we got to town he dropped of the car at the tow lot and then took us to a motel and made sure we got a room before he left us. How's that for customer service!! Color this girl impressed.

The RV tow was handled by a company out of Anderson, CA and Buddy's Auto Center Inc sent James to handle our stacker trailer. When James showed up we felt like an angel from heaven had arrived! He was very patient while the RV was being hooked up to the tow. The RV had to be moved before James could hook up to the stacker. He was efficient, and most of all, kind, in how he handled our situation. We had to be towed about 100 miles and Jacob let us put the stacker at one of their facilities while the RV was being fixed. James ensured all the precautionary measures were in place for a safe transfer. The pricing was fair and reasonable. If you have any towing needs, I can't say enough good things about Buddy's Auto Center Inc. They put our mind at ease and ensured our stacker was safely secured at their facility. The RV was clean, worked well and my entire family enjoyed it. The RV was well stocked with bedding, kitchen supplies and camping chairs. Pick up and drop-off were very easy. Mike and his crew actually helped us to load the RV and unload it. Payment and our deposit refund were handled efficiently as well. Almost crying, I said 'forget it, don't come, I'll figure it out myself. So I picked up the phone at 5:00am, alone on a dark street and called Twin View who I used once before. The quote was a 'normal price for the service' the response time was fair, and they got it done. I paid out of pocket and my insurance will reimburse me for it. In the future I will skip 'roadside assistance' who is a nightmare and calls rude expensive places, ( that charge MORE than the reasonable rate, and I will just pick up the phone and call Twin View.

I asked him to check the battery, because if that is the problem, it's an easy fix. He stated he did not have a battery tester, so he towed it to the KIA dealership. The service department said it could be a week before they even look at it! I find it hard to believe that a towing company can't test a battery before towing. Disappointing service.

I can buy and tow a gooseneck trailer without this A license. They're open a 1/2 day on Sat and closed Sunday, not a smart move if you're in the rental business. Ironbull is overkill for most towing, their trailers are nearly double the weight of most adding unnecessary wear and tear to your vehicle. they're also undersized (width/length) without a winch.
