Ironbull is overkill for most towing, their trailers are nearly double the weight of most adding unnecessary wear and tear to your vehicle. they're also undersized (width/length) without a winch.

Almost crying, I said 'forget it, don't come, I'll figure it out myself. So I picked up the phone at 5:00am, alone on a dark street and called Twin View who I used once before. The quote was a 'normal price for the service' the response time was fair, and they got it done. I paid out of pocket and my insurance will reimburse me for it. In the future I will skip 'roadside assistance' who is a nightmare and calls rude expensive places, ( that charge MORE than the reasonable rate, and I will just pick up the phone and call Twin View.

Based on what I was told, I was led to believe that repairing my car would cost thousands of dollars and that it was essentially not worth fixing. Because of that information, I made the decision to purchase a brand-new car. Since I don't live in the area, it took some time to get my original car back from the dealership. Once I finally had the car looked at by another mechanic, I was shocked to find out that the actual issue was simply a broken radiator cap which cost me 20 to fix. After that was replaced, the car was back in working order. Had I been given an accurate diagnosis in the first place, I would not have made the decision to purchase another vehicle. This mistake ultimately cost me 20,000 dollars. Unfortunately, my experience didn't end there. The dealership also performed a recall repair on the vehicle, but I was not given the documentation proving that the recall had been completed. I now need that paperwork in order to register/sell the vehicle, and despite contacting the dealership and asking them to send it to me, they have refused to mail it. Because I don't live nearby, I'm now being forced to drive 6 hours back to the dealership simply to obtain paperwork that should have been provided to me in the first place. The combination of the incorrect diagnosis, the financial consequences, and the lack of assistance afterward has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting a diagnosis from this dealership, especially if you're being told your vehicle needs thousands of dollars in repairs.

I experienced damage to a wheel hub on my dual axle trailer in Ashland OR. Had a shop there install brakes all around while they were repairing it. Heading back home to the Bay Area, by the time I got to Mt. Shasta another hub was heating up. I spoke to Troy, a mobile mechanic in Weed. He was booked and, lacking other options in the area, I decided to limp down to civilization (Redding) where my odds of finding help would increase. Troy referred me to All Wheel. Four hours and 65 miles later, I limped into their lot, hoping against hope for an appointment sometime in the next week. I spoke to Rizzy, an outstanding gentleman with a heart of gold. Much to my surprise, within a short time he had Brian inspecting all of my axles. As it was late in the day, we decided it would be best to finish in the morning. As others have mentioned, I was graciously offered the option to spend the night, which I gladly accepted. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop as to what they were doing to diagnose and eventually fix the problem. They found two issues that the previous shop was responsible for, and by noon the next day I was heading back home to the Bay Area. I could not have asked for better service. Two thumbs WAY UP for Buddy's Auto Center Inc. We broke down on Interstate 5 southbound, two miles…read morenorth of Yreka, CA and called AAA (RV). Jacob called me back and was able to arrange a tow for both our RV and our stacker trailer. The RV tow was handled by a company out of Anderson, CA and Buddy's Auto Center Inc sent James to handle our stacker trailer. When James showed up we felt like an angel from heaven had arrived! He was very patient while the RV was being hooked up to the tow. The RV had to be moved before James could hook up to the stacker. He was efficient, and most of all, kind, in how he handled our situation. We had to be towed about 100 miles and Jacob let us put the stacker at one of their facilities while the RV was being fixed. James ensured all the precautionary measures were in place for a safe transfer. The pricing was fair and reasonable.
