I called ahead looking for a deal - you confirmed you had the deal - 10 mins later I come in and "aw man we don't have the stock to do the deal sorry can't honor anything" I end up paying $100 for 2 grams of concentrate which is a mind blowing bad deal. I have only had great experiences here! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was immediately helped. I explained what I was interested in, and was shown a wide variety of what I was looking for! My budtender made helpful suggestions and was able to answer any questions I had. Overall, was able to get everything I walked in looking for and more for a great price. I will 100% back! read more

Expensive prices (like really ridiculous, I was paying $35 for an 1/8th in DC) and their line process is so disorganized. Older people tend to throw fits when they're not next in line. Not to mention they close for 30+ minutes during deliveries and you have to just awkwardly stand there while they guard the door. What's the point of something being "ready for pickup" but i can't even enter the building? Also, there's a "Dr.Jimmy"?....(yikes...& enough said) Needless to say, I cant wait till I don't smoke anymore so I never have to come here again. read more

I understand you run a business but this is a blatant rip off! Could've charged extra couple bucks but you really take the cake for this one. Flower prices are bad, even for Massachusetts standards. No issues with the products itself, same generic middle grades that are found in every Mass dispo. Part of the issues with these new dispensaries opening up. Profits over patients. Went to Buds on Sat 1/7 in the evening greeted politely and quickly by the attendant and waited in a short line. Graphics in the store are interesting. Chris C. Greeted us and was very knowledgeable about all the products and even made some great suggestions to alleviate stress that I've been having. Spent around $70. And well worth the trip. I came in and asked to LOOK at the package of some products man named chris refused to show me and kept saying he cant open the products. He clearly wasn't listening to what I was asking, I was not asking to open anything but to visually look at packages and compare but he refused. I explained just want to see it visually, that is all. Also mentioned not my first time buying there and other tenders showed me with no issues. He told me if they showed you they not supposed to open products to show, (clearly was not listening) I stopped him and told him again i wasnt asking to open anytning at all but to look at the packages. After me clearing myself after 6 times that i am not asking to open the products but to visually see them. He a difficult person and finally he realized what I was asking he showed me packages giving me looks showing me products that resulted me being frustrated because of his attitude.
