They cleaned up and answered all my insane questions. 5 stars for them. Most recently, I had a summer maintenance come out and Daniel R came over and handled it. He was polite, wore shoe covers (super important to me), and did his full check. He even answered my inane question about a weird looking part of my unit. I love that they take pics to ensure everything is good and for my own records. My unit is only a 1 1/2 years old so I expect it to stay in top form for a while. The ONLY complaint I have about Love's is getting a maintenance can be a pain. I've had them cancel on me once and I had to rebook for WEEKS later. And they can be booked over a month out. I update my reviews.
