Incredible service! My AC unit suddenly began making loud noises, and out of 5-6 companies I contacted, this was the only one willing to come out immediately -- and on a Monday evening no less. It turns out the last technician had tampered with the wiring, apparently trying to cause a failure down the line. My AC stopped working this afternoon around 6 PM. I have a couple of dogs who's older and they couldn't handle the heat. I gave Alberto a call and he said he'll be there in the next 40 minutes. He did not even ask how old is my AC. Three years back when my AC stopped and I contacted another guy. He asked how old ac is and he gave me only one option to replace the entire unit. Alberto was very honest. He came even though ac was 22 years old he just fixed the starter for the compression in just 30 minutes and only charged a reasonable amount of $265. I had my A/C go out Friday night, of a three day weekend. I tried calling my two normal A/C people, and neither could get to it till Tuesday. (It was over 100°F Sat-Mon). I looked on Yelp and found 1st Call. I called Alberto Saturday morning. He said he would come by later in the day. By the time he got there, it was almost 8 pm (I figured I would have gotten a call to cancel). He looked at my issue, a dead blower motor, and said he wouldn't be able to get one till Tuesday. True to his word, he was able to get the part and install it. My Trane HVAC uses a variable speed blower motor that has a computer chip in it. It died about 7 years ago. He said the Trane blower was $2,000, but he might be able to get a non-smart blower for $1,000. I ask to try the cheaper option since the expensive option only lasted 7 years last time. I have had Alberto install in 3 different properties heating and air. The service was good with some hiccups here and there. Now I have one of the properties having an issue with the vent and air flow pipe being detached. I have been calling continuously once a day to setup a repair since 3 weeks. Alberto has stopped picking any of my calls and not responding to any of my voicemails or text messages. He responded once about which property after 2 weeks and then went MIA again. Called all the numbers possibly I could find but still no response. My units are still under warranty. I have given him around $35,000 worth of business of my own and countless referrals but still that seems to be not good enough. read more

Alberto and his crew (Edgar & Sergio) helped upgrade my ducts to R-8 since they needed replacement. Alberto explained that since I was getting this work done, he would be able to increase the airflow into more parts of the house (according to his calculations). There is such a big difference! Alberto is really good at his craft. I had to call in a different HVAC company after the one I had been using messed up my system and charged me for work that wasn't needed or the problem. Alberto diagnosed the problem with my system as a low voltage wire between the thermostat and the unit was shorting out which caused both the furnace and AC to run simultaneously (!) He fixed the problem and only charged me for the Freon that needed to be replaced. Great guy! I can't recommend him enough. He definitely has all my future HVAC repair business. While we were getting ready to paint the inside of the house, on one of the hottest days so far this year, the air conditioner just quit around 2 in the afternoon. After several calls to other companies we spoke to Alberto who showed up around 7 PM and did not charge emergency fees even though it was after hours. My AC stopped working suddenly last Friday when the heatwave hit. It was night time so I called ppl on Saturday(labor day weekend) I called 6-7 people and some didn't pick up and others were booked for the next two weeks so I used Yelp and a lot of people responded within 3 hrs. Unfortunately I hadn't seen his msg for three hrs and when saw it at 7 pm, I emailed him right away and he said he could come and he did. He arrived at 9:15pm and told me what the issue was with my really old AC and did the temporary fix which was the only option since my a/c is really old. Gave me a quote for the motor change and the whole unit change. He was prompt, honest, hardworking and I will definitely use him in the future.
