Making an appointment was easy, fast, direct and simple. They send out appointments notification through email and text. Nima came over the next day, pulled out his test kit to tested our water, and the water quality was horrible. Nima took the time to educate us and explained everything in detail about the water in Florida. The water we are all using is basically poisoning us slowly. So, we decided to get the best water purify system they have and an alkaline water system for drinking. Then comes Ken, our installer. Ken was very friendly and professional. I can tell he takes pride into the work he do. Ken explaining everything in detail, where the system will be install, how the system works, he make sure all the tanks were aligned perfectly apart. Test ran, make sure everything was working properly. His work ethic, was superb and unmatched. Very detail oriented. Never have I met anyone work the way Ken does. After installation was finish. Ken tested the water and show us the results. Now our water is ph 8 and drinking water is ph 11. Is been 2 weeks now after the system installed. My skin shows big difference, no more dry itchy skin.
