I understand your frustration but I think Mia you are upset with the wrong person on the financing your bike. I went to Budz to buy my first bike. I had bad credit and tried at several other dealers to get a bike. First thing Budz was the first dealer that treated me as a equal. I found at the other four dealers that because I was a woman, they treated me like a child and I was turned down for credit. Budz took the time to explain the differences in the bikes and treated me great. Once I picked out my Gem it came down to financing and figured I was going to get turned down. After Bud did a application on line with me he explained because of MY CREDIT issues, the only option we have is a company called Moto Lease but it is the most expensive company. Bud told me that I would be paying over double for the bike if I did not pay it off early. Bud put in the figures in the system as I watched on his screen (no other dealer would let me see there screen) Bud explained all the figures that were on the screen and suggested I do the math and think about it. I went home to think about it. I did the math and I would be paying more than double for the bike. The next day I went back to Budz and did the deal anyways. (that was my choice, there was no pressure form Bud) I payed the bike off early and saved some of the money. Two years later went back to get a bigger bike. Credit was better but still not good so I used Moto Lease again. Once again payed off the bike early. A 16 months later I wanted a second bike to travel long distance and now I will only go to Budz. Once again did a application on line and credit was better but still bad but went up enough that Bud suggest we can now try a better finance company. I picked out my new bike, submitted a application to One Main that is a secondary lender,()but cheaper than Moto Lease.) One Main gave me the loan and I have been riding both of my bikes for a year now with no issues, I still use Budz for all my tire and oil changes and love this place. Heck my little group stops in at Budz just to say Hi and to look at all the great bikes. This is a great shop and reviews like Mia trying to hurt a small business because of customers like myself and Mia having the bad credit is not a good thing. Just as I have, take responsibility for your own actions. I am still working on my credit and once it is good, I will be back at Budz to buy my newer dream bike. I have had two friends that also bought from Budz, One had worse credit than mine and Bud still was able to get him ridding. The other has great credit and told me that he could not believe great interest rate on his loan. All of us had a great experience at Budz. I shopped for a new Harley 72 for over 6 months looking for" the deal." I never found one in the area I live near Tallahassee. One Saturday night at a bike event I was looking at a Harley Nightster that was done up nice and noticed a sticker that said Budz Chrome Nutz. I thought it was a joke but it had a phone number on it like it was a business. Once I got home I looked up the name and found out it was a dealer. Looked at the inventory and was amazed at the selection and price. They also had a HD 72 for a great price. I called them that Tuesday and talked to Bud the owner. After I talked to Bud I felt comfortable driving 4 1/2 hours to look at the bike and hopefully purchase it. When I got there the shop was full of nice bikes seemed to be priced right. From there I can say what a great experience I had at Budz and bought the bike. It was 9 months ago and the reason I writing this now is, my bike was stolen and I am going to get another bike at Budz. I already called Bud and he does not have the bike (black Nightster) I am looking for but he insures me he will find one soon with my requirements, (price) I also talked to Bud about the Nightster I saw at the bike event. He explained that was a bike he put together for fun. Satin Black, Spinger Solo Seat, Mag Wheels and a lot more. I asked Bud to build me one. He did explain they do not do that as a business but for a hobby. Bud though did say he will go over with me on how to do all the work and even put a list together. ust bought my second bike, GREAT bike. I bought my first, two years ago off of craigslist. That was a nightmare, never again. I got rid of that bike soon after purchase. I shopped around at the big dealers, between the prices and the way the salesmen pressured you, I had given up getting a bike. Then a friend of mine bought a bike From Budz Chrome Nutz. He told me he had a great experience and got a good purchase. I stopped by and found myself wanting to try it again. They had a big selection and the bikes looked good. I talked to Bud and he spent time with me to help figure out what a true first bike I should buy to fit my needs. The bike I decided to buy seemed to be a great deal. I explained to Bud about my frustration and my concerned about buying another. Bud told me to shop around and compare. He also explained to bring someone back that knows bikes to check out the bike. I went one step farther and hired a mechanic from another bike shop to inspect the bike. (little costly)Other than a little scratch the mechanic could not find any thing wrong with the bike. I now own a 2009 C50T and just went on my first long trip 200 miles and had a blast. Great Bike, Great Price, Great Place. I will be doing all my bike business at Budz. I am up in my 80's and will not give up riding. I had three bikes with one being a Harley Dresser. I did decide to keep my FXS and my BSA to keep riding. I tried selling My Bagger myself. What a hassle. Tried consignment with a company in Palm Bay for 6 months were I live. Lets just say bad experience, not because it did not sell, just the experience. A buddy of mine suggested Budz. I drove there on my bagger with my friend on his bike. We acted if I was looking to buy a bike. No pushy salesman just friendly staff. Different approach but overheard customers saying how much they like this place. One picking up tag from a bike they bought telling a young lady how much they enjoy their bike. One that just had new tires put on his Honda. Another group of old timers that I chatted with for a hour, all saying how this was their shop. One even drives from Boca just for service. Needless to say I talked to Bud on the consignment. Bud was straightforward on pricing my bike, and how the process worked. He charged less than other dealer wanted and made it easy. Sold bike in 6 weeks and everything went just as Bud said it would. Only thing I did not enjoy, was riding on back of my friends bike home. My buddies still giving me a hard time about it. I had plans to have a tire change and called in the morning to try and maybe get in early and head out to meet some friends for a ride. While I do understand that sometimes they are too busy to get you right in and they tell you so. However the guy on the phone said we have several different tires, give me your number and I'll call you back. Sounds reasonable enough right??? Wrong!!! I waited about 4 and a half hours then called Fast Franks in Ft. Pierce, and they told me to bring it on in and asked was I looking for a high dollar tire or a cheaper tire, quoted me a price over the phone and I said that I would have to wait till the next day now that my ride home was already gone and we would be in Ft. Pierce tomorrow anyhow. It took him about a half an hour or so to change the tire, and then spent another half hour 45 minutes checking some other things out that I had concerns about, and only charged for the tire change!!! I called Budz originally on august 30th or 31st and it is now Sept. 15th and they still never called me back. It could have been an oversight, but I shouldn't have to beg you to let me spend my money in your business!!! I was very disappointed after the great experience I had previously. read more

Confrontational staff! You say something they don't like in the least and the owner "Bud" and the mechanic get very confrontational. Mostly used auction bikes. I would never recommend them. The guys in Fort Pierce are much nicer and have the customers in mind. Buyer Beware of this place! Repairs are shady too. They don't seem to warranty their work and want to charge to check out a bike that was just last serviced by them in the last month. We put less than 5 miles on the bike after repaired and still want to charge!?!? Insane! read more

I highly recommend Bud if you need to sell your bike. I have not ever experienced a more honest helpful process. An emotional time was treated with respect and compassion. He was able to sell our Trike for exactly the amount we discussed and only took 3 weeks. His advertising plan put the bike into many areas and if I ever needed to sell anything again I wouldn't hesitate to contact Bub. He has bikes to sell and takes bikes on consignment. Not sure just where to start but this shop has ripped me off on several occasions. My fault for not being more diligent. I had water in my gas tank, wondering if that was true or not, and got charged $10 for one gallon of gas. Plus, they put on a used rebuilt carburetor, charged me for a new one. Put the wrong size fuel pump on it and sent me on my way. BUDZ RIP OFF CITY should be the name of the place. Do your due diligence and find a better spot for your bike. read more

We just bought a trike from Bud and the service and instruction was excellent. As we had never drive one before we were nervous about driving it on the Main roads.
