They really make you feel right at home and take their time in talking to us and answering any questions we may have. We never feel rushed and everyone is so helpful. Both Steve's in sales and finance are amazing. I love when I call their name and they both look. It's funny! Dave in parts is always so helpful with recommendations and ordering, and just helping us figure out what we need. Matt and Justin, who are the face of the shop as soon as you walk in, are always so friendly. They are also helpful in making recommendations for parts, as well as making it a smooth and quick process when checking us in to drop off bikes for service. My first experience with service was when I left my forks for repair. The service manager, Ted, personally handled that and did a great job. Yesterday we dropped off a bike to Tyler in the back and he was also very friendly and courteous. The staff at PS is the reason why when anyone asks me if I can recommend a shop to work on their bike I always recommend PS. And, if anyone says they are looking to buy a bike I bring them there. It's always a smooth process. We personally had a great experience buying our CBR, and the friends that we have taken there were also very pleased, and grateful for the recommendation. We will definitely continue to recommend people to PS. The staff there make it a great place to go to for all our motorcycle needs. I am always confident in the professionalism and care the employees provide, as well as the level of integrity put forth by everyone at PS. I have been to other shops in the past, but none like this one, which is why it has become our go-to place. Thank you PS! Also, their webpage is awesome. It's easy to navigate through the website to get info and/or see inventory.

A Deeply Disappointing Experience -- Lack of Price Transparency…read more I brought my 2018 Honda Goldwing to Powersports of Palm Beach for a routine radiator flush, a service I have had performed there before. Prior to scheduling, I called the Service Department directly and was quoted a total cost of $200-$250 for the work. My appointment was confirmed for June 19, 2026. Upon arrival, staff appeared unprepared for my visit despite the confirmed appointment, but proceeded to take the motorcycle in for service. Before work began, I asked for a verbal estimate and was told the job would require approximately two hours of labor -- consistent with the phone quote, so I authorized the service. When I returned four hours later, I was presented with a bill for $672.40 -- nearly three times the original quote. When I questioned the discrepancy, the Service Representative's only explanation was, "I told you it was about two hours of labor." At no point during our conversation, either by phone or in person, was I informed that the shop's labor rate was $185.00 per hour. Had this figure been disclosed upfront, I would have declined the service and completed the flush myself. This experience represents a significant failure in price transparency and customer communication. A verbal quote that turns out to be less than half the final invoice is not a minor miscommunication -- it is a serious breach of trust. Having reviewed other customer feedback for this location, I've found similar accounts of undisclosed labor rates and inflated final bills, which suggests this is not an isolated incident but a pattern of business practice. Despite being a longtime, repeat customer, I will not be returning to this location, and I would strongly encourage other riders to obtain a detailed, written estimate -- including the hourly labor rate -- before authorizing any work here.

Nice clean dealership. The parts store guys were very knowledgeable. The best experience was I was able to email them along list of all the parts I needed and they responded back with the pricing on each part which made it very easy for me. I literally just walked into the store and told them to look at their email as everything was ready and I was able to place the order right away and pay. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were so easy to work with. Definitely my number one dealership so far.

On or about August 11-12, 2026, Palm Beach Harley-Davidson advertised a 2022 Triumph Street…read moreScrambler (VIN SMTD44G72NTAH6390) online at $4,077. I contacted the dealership as a ready and willing buyer and asked for the out-the-door price. The sales manager told me it was "actually listed at $8,000" and would be "around $10,000 out the door," and called the advertised $4,077 price an "accounting error." He said they would honor the advertised price only if I came in person with a screenshot. I requested a written out-the-door price, in writing, more than once, before driving from Fort Lauderdale. The dealership never provided one. Instead the stated reason changed repeatedly: first the bike "needed a tire tube," then it "did not pass inspection and is going to auction," and finally -- after I asked them to confirm whether they were declining to sell at the advertised price -- that it was "unsafe to sell to anyone" and "usually sold for parts." A free NICB VINCheck on the VIN returned completely clean (no theft, no salvage/total-loss record). I believe this is deceptive advertising: a price was advertised that the dealer did not intend to honor, a much higher figure was quoted, no written out-the-door price was ever provided, and the vehicle was withdrawn with shifting explanations rather than sold at the advertised price. Under Florida law (Fla. Stat. 501.976), an advertised vehicle price must include all dealer fees, with only tax, tag, and title added. I have screenshots of the listing and the text messages, and the NICB result.
