I had a contractor come over while I was still in Texas but he couldn't get in because the lock box with the keys inside it wouldn't open. She took time out of her schedule to let him in and to replace the faulty lock box. Also, I was quite touched that after I moved into the house that I was happy with it. She really seems to care about her clients, before, during, and after the sale is complete. If I ever need a real estate agent in Tucson again, I will definitely call her first.
