We had been there once before quite some time ago, and this visit reminded us why we liked it so much. The prices are very competitive, especially for the quality of service you receive. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing from the moment we walked in. The massage therapists were excellent, they instinctively knew exactly what I needed. They used just the right amount of pressure and worked through a tremendous amount of tension in my shoulders and neck. I tend to carry stress for long periods of time and live in a constant "fight or flight" mode, so when someone truly works out those deep knots and helps your body relax, it can almost feel like a shock to your system. I was a little nauseous afterward, but that's completely normal when you release that much built-up tension. After a carb-heavy, high-protein meal with a little sodium, I felt much better. The next morning I'm definitely sore, but again, that's expected when you've been holding onto that much tightness. What matters most is that I feel lighter, both physically and emotionally. My circulation feels better, the tension is gone, and I genuinely feel like a heavy burden has been lifted off my shoulders. My husband and I absolutely plan to return regularly. If you're carrying stress in your body and need real relief, Coco Massage is worth it.

After about six months I realized I was not going to be able to utilize a massage monthly and had 5 massages saved up. So I called to cancel the membership and the lady said why don't you put it on hold for three months to catch up. I decided to do this as she was putting the hard sell on to not cancel. After the three months I had only used one of the massages and decided at that time to cancel. On July 18, 2022 went to use a massage and was charged the full price. When I asked why since I had 4 remaining on my account I was told they expired June 1, 2022.. NOBODY said a word about them expiring! The lady said, "it's in the contract you signed." Of course it is. This place is a scam! Don't ever sign up for any kind of membership here as they will rip you off however they can!
