Most painful, bruised, and bad massage I've ever had. Their deep tissue massage was extremely painful, and the scary part is they don't know what they're doing. I told her several times to lighten it, but she only lightened it a slight bit. She even climbed on my back three times with her whole body and used her elbows and knees to conduct the massage. I'm writing this the next day with bruises all over and hurting all over my back and legs. The language barrier was also a challenge, since they don't speak English. Came in for two 30 min foot massages and these people gave us a 23min massage. We go to pay for our massages and the front desk lady (short red hair) starts adding tips on to our massage fee. This place rips you off and then they feel entitled to a tip. Unprofessional and money hungry. Save yourself the headache and go to Li's Massage on Arapahoe Road and i25. This place sucks. read more

I stumbled upon this place randomly and they were able to get me in immediately. I loved the options they offer and purchased the 30 minute foot massage and 45 minute full body massage. There is a significant language barrier which made it hard to voice what I needed/wanted to avoid. The only drawback was that you're on your stomach the entire time which is my least favorite position for a massage and was unable to voice this due to language barrier (though I tried). It was an ok massage. They were the only business that had openings today. I did not care for the massage therapist who kept leaving the room to answer the phone or argue with another coworker during my massage that I was paying for. This is not ok. Very unprofessional. Also, my massage therapist kept answering their business phone during my massage. I paid for a 90 minute massage to be able to relax. But it was very nerve wrecking for all of the interrupations. My very recent experience here left me confused and sad. I called today, and was excited to schedule a same-day massage. It was supposed to be $60 for 60 minutes. A woman (I assume is the owner) tried to upsell me to a two-hour massage, which I declined, and a deep tissue massage, which I initially agreed to. She told me the deep tissue would be $10 extra. When the masseuse got to my room, I told him I did not want deep tissue after all, just the regular massage I scheduled. An hour later, after an okay massage, I paid and discovered I was being charged for a deep tissue massage, that I had apparently received anyways. I discovered this after I paid, handed a partial tip to my masseuse and asked that my change be given to him too. I was presented with a tipping chart, and I was told that I was not tipping him enough. It was extremely insulting and demeaning. I explained there had been some confusion. I was still charged for the deep tissue massage and I apologized to the masseuse for tipping less than I had planned. There was clearly a language barrier. I was never asked for health information, a medical history, or any personal information. I was unable to receive the correct service. After receiving massages other places, this business seems unprofessional, and I will not return. read more

Worse experience ever at a massage place! Asian lady didn't understand a word I was saying. Made an appointment and had to wait 30 min beyond my appointment time. When I was finally seen, "masseuse" gave me one of the most painful massages ever! Even after I complained that she was being too rough, she kept saying "Okay, okay" and continued to be rough. After the ordeal, she showed me sign and demanded that I tip her for the "service" she gave me. I will never go back. Do not believe the high star rating!
