A huge shout-out to Tamara, Isabella, Alyssa, Madalynn, and Mercedes!!! They were absolutely incredible from start to finish... They made the entire experience stress-free by guiding us through everything, answering all of our questions, offering helpful recommendations, and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the party. Their customer service truly went above and beyond... The party room was spacious, clean, and came with great amenities, including a refrigerator, freezer, tables, cleaning supplies, and trash bags. We were allowed to arrive 30 minutes early to decorate, which made setup so much easier... The kids had an absolute blast! There are so many fun activities, including an adorable little play city, and the staff kept everything organized by making announcements over the intercom when it was time for food, cake, and other party activities. The kids were free to play and explore while everything flowed smoothly.. We hosted our party on a Sunday when the facility was also open to the public, but it never felt overcrowded. Everyone still had plenty of room to play and enjoy themselves.. We brought in our own food and ordered pizza and wings from the pizza place right next door. It was super convenient, and they were able to have everything ready exactly when we needed it... Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything was organized, relaxed, kid-friendly, and so easy from beginning to end. Most importantly, everyone stayed cool and comfortable thanks to the amazing AC!!! The kids love it, and the location has plenty of convenient parking for guests. I recently attended a tasting event and was pleasantly surprised by the food. We recently visited this play center with our 2-year-old son. While I understand that businesses…read morecan't control every child's behavior, I was disappointed by the lack of supervision and staff presence in the play areas. During our visit, there were multiple incidents where older children were acting aggressively toward younger kids. In one case, a child who appeared to be around 6 years old shoved my 2-year-old son in the face hard enough to knock him down and make him cry. While the child's parent addressed her own child, I never saw any staff member monitoring the area or stepping in to help de-escalate the situation. I don't expect employees to babysit children, but in a busy indoor play facility there should be some level of active oversight to help ensure younger children can play safely. The environment felt more like a free-for-all than a supervised family play space. Our son recovered quickly, but the experience left us disappointed and uncomfortable. We likely won't be returning unless there is a greater staff presence in the play areas.
