A huge shout-out to Tamara, Isabella, Alyssa, Madalynn, and Mercedes!!! They were absolutely incredible from start to finish... They made the entire experience stress-free by guiding us through everything, answering all of our questions, offering helpful recommendations, and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the party. Their customer service truly went above and beyond... The party room was spacious, clean, and came with great amenities, including a refrigerator, freezer, tables, cleaning supplies, and trash bags. We were allowed to arrive 30 minutes early to decorate, which made setup so much easier... The kids had an absolute blast! There are so many fun activities, including an adorable little play city, and the staff kept everything organized by making announcements over the intercom when it was time for food, cake, and other party activities. The kids were free to play and explore while everything flowed smoothly.. We hosted our party on a Sunday when the facility was also open to the public, but it never felt overcrowded. Everyone still had plenty of room to play and enjoy themselves.. We brought in our own food and ordered pizza and wings from the pizza place right next door. It was super convenient, and they were able to have everything ready exactly when we needed it... Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything was organized, relaxed, kid-friendly, and so easy from beginning to end. Most importantly, everyone stayed cool and comfortable thanks to the amazing AC!!!
