Jimmy was efficient, did the two patches and I was able to leave in under 30 minutes, they charged me $35. I trusted Jose at Buena Vista Tires with my vehicle's front brake replacement. However, the work was done incorrectly, resulting in grinding when braking. Despite two attempts to fix the issue, it persisted. I requested a refund as I never experienced this issue before with new breaks. Initially, Jose agreed, but later changed his mind, claiming no business was done, yet my credit card was charged, and there are text messages confirming the work. Despite the issue with the brake replacement, it's worth noting that Jose at Buena Vista Tires initially presented himself as a friendly and eager individual, seemingly trustworthy to handle the brake replacement on my vehicle. However, despite this initial impression, the subsequent experience with the incorrect brake work and the difficulty in resolving the issue has left me disappointed. I took my vehicle to a new mechanic and the issue is resolved and I'm thankful! I would not recommend doing business here. read more

I got a flat on Saturday night, but Discount Tires is closed on Sundays. I went to Evan's Tires in Lemon Grove on Sunday, and while I was waiting in line to talk to the one employee working, I checked Yelp and saw all the warnings from reviews telling people not to go to Evan's Tires. I saw all the great reviews for Buena Vista Tires (and they're open Sundays), so I went there. Good call!!!! When I got there, Chris greeted me with a smile, before I even got out of my car. No waiting. I was seriously in & out of there in less than 15 minutes! WTF?!? Awesome!!! This is truely a secret gem in Lemon Grove. I was tempted to go back to Evan's Tires and hand out business cards from BV Tires to the people that are still waiting to there. Thanks Chris, you rock! Left small scratches on the outer rim and around the lugs(I spent 2500 on these rays nismo wheels) , didn't torque the wheels down and I thought that was all so I was a bit concerned but figured it happens no big deal. Since I downsized to a small tire I decided to throw on a small spacer, once I took the wheels off at home the inner barrels of the wheels were heavily gouged and torn up. Guys were cool but there were many mistakes unfortunately. When I pointed out scratches the employee simply stated that my wheels are hard to mount because they're forged. I've yet to hear this from any another place but only that installing a bigger tire may cause difficulty. read more

I needed a tire to be repaired & didn't want to wait for 1 hour at discount tire-Which does this for free since I bought my tires there. Meanwhile, the owner said it was no wait-They proceeded to fix my tire & it took maybe 15 minutes at the most. He then said $60.00 for the fix, after he repaired it. Maybe that was my fault for not asking in advance what the price was-However, I have never paid more than $20.00 for a tire fix in SD. I didn't think they would take advantage of me like that, but they sure did-What a disappointment & what a scam. So it's the Monday before Christmas and I woke up to a flat tire! And not just a flat but a HUGE hole in my tire! I was about to freak out when I called this shop and a dude named Christian picked up the phone and was soooo nice! I was really nervous because being a gullible girl, the last time I went to get a tire alone at a different place I totally got ripped off, but his friendly demeanor made me feel more comfortable. I had my car towed to the shop and he gave me a great deal on a used tire, and explained me to why my other tire was damaged (totally my fault!
