My car is currently (31 years old) now. When I drove my car over to the Albertson's Grocery Store today in the evening time , I parked my car in the front parking lot. Then I locked my car door and I started walking towards the front door entrance to walk inside the Double Doors to the Albertsons Grocery Store today. The time that I spent grocery shopping inside this store was from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. I bought 14 items. When I walked back to my car in the parking lot and I opened up the trunk to put my 4 bags of groceries away , then I locked up the trunk of my car. Then I put my car key in the ignition switch and the pro-lock key too. I tried to start up my car 3 times but my car wouldn't start. Then I called the Triple AAA Roadside and Battery Services Phone Number is 1-(800) 400-4222. This number is open 24/7 days per week. I called the Office and Sandra answered my phone call. I explained to Sandra that my car wouldn't start up and I need a JUMP START on my car because my car battery went dead on me. Sandra said she's going to dispatch Shabib this Battery Roadside Assistance Guy to my location in the Lemon Grove Shopping Center. Sandra said the ETA will be at 6:20 PM today. The phone Number is 1-(800) 400-4222. I had to wait about 45 minutes later before Shabib drive over to me . The Triple AAA Company has a contract with this (3rd Party company). Shabib went outside his truck and so did I. I showed him my Drivers license and my Triple AAA Membership Card. Shabib said to open up my car's front hood . I flipped the front latch and I opened up the hood of my car. Then Shabib said he is going to use a Battery Meter to test the Levels on my car if it will go higher or lower. Then Shabib said to not turn off my car's engine. I told Shabib that my house is only 1.5 miles away from this Albertsons Grocery Store. Shabib said to me that to drive back to my house and then park my car into the garage and leave the Engine running for 30 minutes in order to get my car's Battery working properly again I told Shabib to look at the outside on the Car Battery will tell him what is the date I bought the Car Battery? The DATE on the outside of my Car's Battery said March 2023. That's Good News. Because the standard Car Battery will last for about 6 years. My car battery still has 3 more years to go. Shabib told me "He thinks my Car's Alternator isn't working properly. Then I said Yes I know for a fact that before I Moved to San Diego. I went to my automotive repair shop, I asked my mechanic to replace my Cars's Alternator that was last year in May 8, 2025. My mechanic did replace it for me. I drove home to my house tonight, i parked my car into the garage and I allowed my cars' engine to continue to run for about 20 Minutes. Then I turned off my engine and restarted my car at least 3 times. My car is operating in great condition now.

On May 17, 2024, a Best Towing & Roadside Assistance tow truck, driven by Rwad "Roger" Thouzen, was in the lane right in front of me and in heavy traffic in Spring Valley. I watched a large piece of steel fell from his truck bed just above the hitch area and went under my car. Unfortunately, I could not stop or it would've caused a severe rear end collision involving many cars and I was unable to move to either lanes next to me due to the heavy traffic. After the steel object came out from under my car, I was able to chase down the tow truck. The truck stopped and I informed Mr. Thouzen that a piece of steel fell off of his truck and under my car. He quickly looked under the front of my car and said "your car is fine." He gave me his business card and said "Don't worry, I will take care of it if there's anything wrong." He kept asking where his steel object was and clearly was more interested in getting his object back that damaged my car than in me or my car. I gave him the specific location where he could find the steel object that damaged my car. He made a quick U-turn and went back to that location to retrieve it. I drove a few blocks to my home but notice the car was very loud. Approximately one hour later, I called Mr. Thouzen at the number on his business card, 619-456-5360 as I was just leaving my house and again heard a very loud noise coming from underneath my car. He didn't pick up the phone, but I left a voice message saying there's something wrong with my muffler and I needed to have him call me right away with insurance information. I let him listen to the very loud noise in my car via the voice message so he could hear that there was definitely something wrong with my car. He never returned my call. I called two days later to the same number and spoke to a "Danny" who apologetically said he was aware that there was an incident with my car. He promised to have Mr. Thouzen return my call. He never did. I brought my car to the car dealership who inspected it. They said my muffler and exhaust system was punctured. The total bill was $1535.07. I forwarded a copy of my bill to the phone number Mr. Thouzen's telephone number and asked for a return call. He never did. Then, I eventually hired a private investigator (PI) to help me communicate with Mr. Thouzen and Best Towing and Roadside Assistance to resolve the bill or secure their insurance information for my vehicle. Around the first week of July 2024, the PI sent Mr. Thouzen a letter, email and contacted him telephonically. Mr.Thouzen was given the option of paying for the damage or providing his insurance information so we could file a claim. Mr. Thouzen said he wasn't responsible for any damage to my car and that the company Best Towing & Roadside Assistance was no longer in business. (These were both lies. As days later, several pictures were taken of the tow truck towing cars, furniture, etc.) Mr. Thouzen told the investigator that he would call the investigator back by the end of the day to provide insurance information and cooperate. Mr. Thouzen failed to call back as he said he would. Numerous telephone calls were subsequently made by the private investigator and messages were left for Mr. Thouzen. He failed to return any voice messages. It was determined also that the business didn't exist anywhere if you googled it except for Yelp and the business address in Yelp was not valid. I urge you NOT to use the service of Best Towing & Roadside Assistance or Roger Thouzen as they are unethical, irresponsible, criminal and unscrupulous. If anything ever happened to your car while they were dealing with it, you're on your own for any and all damages and they/he will lie through his teeth. Clearly, professionalism, honesty and integrity are not a part of their value system. I will say, however, that a part of my value system is a belief in KARMA. This company won't last long nor will Mr. Thouzen as his criminal behavior (hit and run) will come back to bite him eventually. It always does.

The driver was able to problem solve with me and we thankfully got the car onto the bed after jerry rigging some spare tires. It was a huge relief as we were under a time constraint.
