Serge and his team came in, replaced all of them, and the workmanship was outstanding. Our project involved replacing 13 interior doors (including 3 double door closets), and because our home has non-standard door sizes, it required extensive measuring and planning. Serge took the time to carefully measure everything multiple times and even researched the best sources to find the right doors rather than taking shortcuts. He also replaced a bathroom threshold and completed a few other projects, all with the same attention to detail. Throughout the project, Serge was exceptionally communicative, professional, and reliable. His crew was hardworking, respectful, quiet, and left the house clean at the end of each day. Doesn't look like much because it's a white ceiling, but it's perfect! Then, we have this doorway/frame separating our living room and family room. Further the quote and price of the work was extremely reasonable and quality was still superb! In the front, they scraped and prepped the entryway, front door, and 2nd floor bay window as well as removing and patching the transom frame to open the space up--they then painted everything including the window trim across all three floors. In the rear of the home they scraped our wood siding and replaced any rotted wood with PVC, then repainted in a color drench. The team also removed a wood basement entry structure that was rotting in the back and replaced with a newly framed door. Lastly the team also removed old and installed new custom basement windows in the front granite of our home including new trim and waterproofing, as well as painting. The team also did small finishing touches at no extra charge including installing a new entry light and hanging window boxes. We are already planning future projects with Mario and his team!

Frank was a no show to give me an estimate, no communication that he was running late or unable to make it. He accommodated coming early one morning to give an estimate that seemed fair. Fast forward to when they were scheduled to do the work, 30 minutes past start time no sign of Frank's team and no communication. Contact the office find out that they won't make it today. My experience has been poor communication and unreliableness. Won't be giving them a chance to reschedule and waste anymore of my time. It was a small job so maybe not worth the effort to provide good customer service. Seeing the business's response adding this - I understand things happen and I am not expecting perfection by any means but a little bit of respect for my time and communication would have been nice.
