What made the situation worse was that as soon as we stepped away, he immediately helped the person behind us. That felt very disrespectful, especially since we had been patient the whole time and were not rude at all. It's really disappointing because we actually love the tacos here. They're estilo Jalisco, which is where we're from, so we were excited to eat here. Unfortunately, the bad service alone was enough to ruin the experience. The people here are very friendly and helpful. And there's some apple seating area, especially since it wasn't super busy. I did come on a late weekday night though. Of course I ordered the pezcuesos de pollo. The price were very reasonable. I got it to go because I was on my way home. And they neatly packaged everything with plenty of the extras like salsa and toppings. I definitely wanna come back and try their other tacos here or other menu items.

I was WAY OFF, when my order was ready and I picked it up it was the giant styrofoam tray you see before you-and it was LOADED with brisket and bacon and mac and cheese just spilling out everywhere. I figured the utensil would be unnecessary, figuring I could just scoop up the toppings easily. I obviously needed it to wade through all the richness that was the Wachos.
