We're totally impressed with the service! We had two drivers Amir & Rafik. Both were exceptional people. From the moment of first contact to dropping us at our destination we were impressed. It started rush direct communion with each driver the night before our scheduled pick up. When arriving here via plane, our driver was earlier than our scheduled pick up because he was watching our flight. We then had a tour guide to tell us all the places we should visit and best places to eat. Then heading home was the same way. Our driver messages us directly the night before, arrived with the vehicle he said he would and arrived when he said he would. He was a pleasure to talk with on our drive to the airport too. Despite reading the reviews, I had continued to research how to get from the Buffalo Airport to the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites, Ontario, Canada. Through other website, this company had received great reviews, so I thought I take a chance. Glad I did. The company's website is very user friendly along with chat option. Through the website and the chat, I was able to verify the rate of $95 each way which was very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes I had received. I decided to go ahead with this company. Reserving the reservation via the website was very easy. The day prior, the company had sent me a text regarding my reservation. Upon arrival, the company texted me the information about the driver. Shortly after that text, I had received a text from Mike, Driver. He had advised me where he'll meet me and what time. He was right on time. Great conversation. He also let me know about the crossing of the border process. The trip took about 45 minutes. At this time, he had asked about a return trip, which I reserved with him. Again, Mike had confirmed the time of my pick up time. Again, a great conversation and made sure I was at the Buffalo Airport with plenty of time of my flight. It should be no stars for these losers but it won't allow for that rating. I should have known it would be bad by the amount of times it took to get anyone to answer the phone. When I finally spoke to someone he assured me they would be there to pick me up. They weren't. The directions for where they would be to pick up are NOT for taxis but for long term shuttles. When I called the phone number to see where my driver was, there was no answer (I was not surprised). I sent live chat messages (both before and after my arrival) and never got a response. If you're going into Buffalo just leave the terminal, cross the street and turn left. The taxi stand there is reliable, friendly and costs a lot less than this scam of a company. read more

Awful I booked this car service weeks in advance for a ride to the airport , he was a few minutes late no big deal, drove so fast to the airport I literally had to hang on to the handle above the door, still no biggie, but it really upset me. When we got to the airport I saw what the meter was and assumed that was my price but the driver never stopped it so it ran up almost $4.00 which took my total to $24.00 and some change , so he didn't get a tip cause I felt he should have stopped it, I don't like slick people. Why even bother calling these guys? I tried calling really early, or what I thought was really early, 4:10am for a flight that boards at 5:40am. The guy on the phone said the driver would call me in 5 minutes. At 4:40am, after calling multiple times I get a text message, I am assuming from the driver asking to double check the address and to give me and estimated time of arrival of 20 minutes. I couldn't wait anymore. I know the Buffalo airport is pretty to get in and out of, but this would be cutting it very close. read more

I had unfortunately chose this taxi service for my early morning airport travel which was scheduled at 4:15 AM. I got a email with confirmation number after I booked the taxi in their website and also received a confirmation call soon after that. Next day morning, I waited for 30 min for the taxi but it never showed up. There was no response for the phone calls nor for live chat in their website. I got frustrated and thought I would miss my flight until one of my friends dropped me at the airport. When I called and checked with that company during the day time, they couldn't help much on this except apologizing for the mistake. It is not worth choosing this taxi service. If you observe their website name "http://www.buffalo-airporttaxi.com/", it looks similar to "https://www.buffaloairporttaxi.com/". I confused their website with the second one. I am amazed by these guys, they did an excellent job for us. My Parents flew from Newark to Buffalo and from there they wanted to go to St Catharines, crossing the America - Canadian border. I made arrangements with this company and told them that my Parents do not speak English. They picked them up and brought them to their destination. Their driver even used a translator to tell them to prepare their passports. On their way back, same thing. Except this time the flight was delayed 3 times then cancelled. We called the cab company each and every time the departure time changed and they were very nice about it. They finally ended up flying on the next day and the cab came on time, they crossed the border and arrived on time for their flight. Yesterday, 2/3/2021, they transported my daughter across the Canadian Niagara border from Ithaca, NY. Her original plan to have a friend drive her fell through because of the COVID restrictions. She was considered an essential worker as she is starting employment there, but her friend was not! BUF airport taxi service CAME TO OUR RESCUE! Devan did a professional and thoughtful job arranging this move from beginning to end. He responded quickly by text, and using GPS, was able to track the trip until it's arrival in Toronto. He even notified me when my daughter was safely there. They provided their Grand Caravan in order to transport her with her cat in a carrier and a number of household items she needed to bring. The driver, Yaya, was also exceptional. He helped her load the van, safely transported her across the border in less than ideal weather conditions, and unloaded the van at her new Toronto address! Their price was also very competitive! And they have an excellent website for all of your needs. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! YOU ARE TRULY THE BEST! I made a round trip reservation 3 weeks in advance for pick-up from Buffalo/Niagara Airport to Niagara Falls, Ontario at $75 each way. I confirmed the reservation via email one week before our trip, and responded to the text message confirmation 2 days before our arrival. On the day of our trip, we walked out of the airport and our "taxi" was nowhere to be found. I gave them a call to check on the status, and it almost sounded as if they had no idea they had a pickup scheduled (despite the multiple confirmations prior to our trip). I received a return phone call 10 minutes later, notifying us that our driver was on the way, but he'd been pulled over and would arrive in 10 minutes. Note: This is now 30 minutes after our original pickup time. We waited and then received a a call from our driver saying he was stuck in traffic (mentioned nothing about being pulled over, by the way), but said he was 15 minutes away and would give us a call when he was close. At this point, we were extremely annoyed and tired of waiting, and the company just seemed super shady and unreliable, so we decided to use the taxi service at the airport. If you neglect the time we wasted waiting, in the end it was only an extra $5 to use the airport taxi, which is what we should have done in the first place. Similar experience as other reviews. I booked online for a pick up from the airport and was told that the driver would monitor my flight to pick me up on time. After I arrived, the driver was not present. After calling twice, and standing by the curb for 30 minutes, I finally grabbed a ride from another cab company. The driver I called was very apologetic about it during the calls, but after waiting 30 minutes it didn't really matter. I used their on-line reservation system to book two trips: a ride from the vicinity of Elmwood Village to the Buffalo Bus Terminal, and back again a few days later. They called about an hour after I made the reservation to confirm. So far, so good. The ride out was the morning after a heavy snowfall. I called to make sure a car was still coming, but no answer and no way to leave a message. Called and called; finally had to reschedule the trip (i.e., buy another bus ticket), which entailed some serious work scheduling inconvenience. I finally got someone on the phone later that day, who didn't identify himself and promised to "fire" the driver, who, apparently, had blown off pick-ups before. I told them I needed a ride the following day, and I expected them to eat the fare, since they'd cost me a day's delay and another $60 in Trailways tickets. So, next day, they showed up 15 minutes early. Better than not at all, I guess. The driver (who was nice enough, but didn't get out to help me get my bag over a snowbank and into the car) didn't know anything about not charging me to make up for the missed pick-up. I punked out and paid him his $15, rather than get into an argument that would end in my missing the bus, again. When I rolled back into town at 11:15 p.m., I called to confirm that someone would be picking me up, per my on-line reservation. They claimed they didn't know anything about a reservation, but if I wanted to wait 20 or 30 minutes, they could probably have someone there. A woman by herself in a bus terminal, damn near midnight, waiting around outside in 12 degree weather for a cab that may or may not show up? Luckily, there were some cabs trolling for fares outside, and I caught one of those. By the way, the only reason I booked these guys was because their website, www.buffalo-airporttaxi.com, looked almost exactly like that of Airport Taxi Service, www.buffaloairporttaxi.com, which is reasonably well-rated on Yelp. I meant to book that one instead, and didn't realize my mistake until later. And finally, their cars look nothing at all like what's pictured in their ads, on Yelp or elsewhere. I was picked up in a 10-year-old maroon minivan. I'm not picky about the kind of car I'm driven in; wasn't planning on making a Kate Middleton entrance at the bus terminal. But it's just one more instance of this business essentially lying about the kind of service it provides. read more

I am from Singapore and this is my first time in USA. I made the booking of the taxi online before I flew over from Washington DC to Buffalo. There was also a live chat whereby a friendly taxi agent helped me with my booking and gave me valuable advice on the timing and route. STAY AWAY!!!! Have a website and name similar to Airport Taxi clearing trying to scam their business. I found that out the hard way. Booked a ride to the airport for five with a 530 am pickup. The night before I received a confirmation call. The next morning at 530 no car, 540 no car, 550 no car. I ended up driving myself and luckily we didn't miss our flight. I called the number on the website and spoke to someone who seemed quite confused about our reservation and told me someone would call me back. I received two more calls from different people asking the same questions also very confused. Mostly confused with the English language... We live in BuffaIo & were going to a party in Hamburg & thought it best to cab it both ways. I made my reservations on-line & received a confirmation code for both. I received a text @ the time they were supposed to be there stating they would be " a little late." 10 minutes later they called & said the driver would be there in 10 minutes. I MENTIONED WE MIGHT WANT TO CHANGE OUR RESERVED pick-up from the party since we were arriving 30 minutes late. The dispatcher said we could let the driver know since he would be picking us up. Cab finally arrived 30 minutes AFTER our reserved PICKUP time. WAIT WAIT THERE'S MORE!! THEY WERE A NO SHOW FOR OUR RIDE HOME & LEFT US STRANDED!!!! We phoned to ask where our ride was & were told they didn't know anything & would call us back. NO CALL BACK!! & when I tried calling them again NO ONE PICKED UP!! NO ONE HAS EVER RETURNED MY CALLS OR THE MESSAGES I LEFT WONDERING IF & WHEN OUR RIDE WOULD BE THERE!!! I tried CONTINUOUSLY for 30 minutes. I have used this company for my Toronto trip and I have booked it online and I had preconfirmation via my email right away and I had the Taxi Agent called me for final confirmation, I have used taxi before and this company has a very amazing friendly customer service, they are on time and very reliable, the most amazing part is at my final destination I left my personal belongings since I was rushing myself out the cab but i was feeling frastuarated thinking that will never get my stuff back and stayed my hotel depressed but after a few hours I had received a call from an agent telling me that they have my stuff and told me they will have my stuff shipped the next day, come on who does this in this generation, think about it, they spent an additional 26$ for the next day shipping and sent me the stuff safe. I was extraordinary impressed and uplifted by this Airport Taxi company, I was out of town and my brother who lives in Toronto Canada stack at the Bills game at orchard park at mid night because he has lost all his beginnings with and no option left he called me with phone located in the nearby restaurant for help, I called tons of taxis and they were not willing to help my brother eventho I told them I will pay whatever amount on the phone, they all declined me I think because it's past midnight and since he has not phone to reach him till I called BUF BUFFALO AIRPORT TAXI SERVICE, they took my order and told me takes about an hour drive to go and find him and went there to find him but the driver lost him and couldn't find my brother since my brother moved to the next motel to spend the night without telling me, but the Taxi Company was not even mad instead they called me and they couldn't find him and asked me if he is okay, I was very surprised, humanity still existed, so I had to wait till my brother called to locate me his new place to pick him up the next morning and the Taxi driver went there in the morning again and took him to Canada without no extra cost.
