Carla, who took my call was so friendly and made the booking process painless and assisted me with completing my deposit over the phone. The night of the party, LeDelle our driver, was amazing, charismatic and kind. He made the night seamless by taking us where we wanted to go efficiently and was super accommodating and social with all of my guests. My only complaint about the bus was the lights were either on or off, and the aux audio function was very frustrating to figure out! Otherwise, the bus was spotless and roomier than some other busses I have been on. I would absolutely rent from this agency again.
